I found Red M Studio through a Reddit recommendation from another couple who loved their photos, and after seeing their work, I immediately understood why. We wanted to support a small business, loved their aesthetic, and knew we needed professionals who could capture something intimate and nontraditional without turning it into a production. Leading up to the day, Marianne & Steve were incredibly organized and thoughtful. We had both a phone call and a Zoom meeting where they walked through every detail to make sure nothing was missed. They even used Google Maps to virtually walk us through the French Quarter and talk through locations and timing. That level of preparation made us feel completely at ease. Our original plan was to elope, but as anyone who tries to elope in New Orleans learns, that rarely stays small. What unfolded was a joyful, intimate gathering we lovingly called our "not a wedding." Marianne & Steve captured every part of it beautifully, from exchanging vows privately in our hotel suite, to wandering the French Quarter on Halloween night, stopping at the Carousel Bar, befriending a very determined French Quarter cat, and ending the evening with a private dinner at Arnaud's surrounded by our favorite people. Terrible Communication and Unfulfilled Order 1 star…read more I had a frustrating experience with Davillier Photography. I placed an order on July 23, 2024, and waited weeks without any updates. I tried calling multiple times to follow up, but no one responded. When I finally got through in August because they reached out me by phone after several emails, they explained the lack of communication was due to an issue with their automated email system. But, by then, I felt I had been defrauded -- there was zero communication, and no product or service had been rendered. Prior this call, I decided not to proceed with my order which was stated in writing to the company and disputed the charge with my bank. I explained this to them in detail when finally getting a call by their owner, yet somehow they still told my bank that the purchase was valid, even though I received nothing. This charge still remains on my account while the company is refuting having received compensation. As of today, October 28, 2024, I have not received a refund and while I do not want any - nor have I received products or services. Terrible experience all around. I would definitely not recommend doing business with this company.

We booked her for the rehearsal so we could capture our family in a relaxed fun atmosphere and the pictures from that time will be the ones we cherish forever. Paige was extremely kind to our entire family and all of our wedding guests. She patiently found ways to get even the youngest guests to participation in the pictures and captured the most brilliant and fun moments.
