It took me almost a year to find the exact (used) car I wanted -- the color, the make, the interior…read moreupholstery, etc -- after a distracted driver totaled my former car while it was parked on the street. Bought the dream car and owned it less than a month when the SAME THING happened -- distracted driver smashed the new car while it was parked in front of my house. I took the car to Platinum, where Eric fixed it to perfection. The car is metallic orange (Nissan's "monarch orange" paint) and I was worried that the paint wouldn't match exactly -- but the finished body work was EXCELLENT and the paint job is flawless! The car had been damaged once before I bought it, so Eric not onlyrepaired the "mistakes" the former mechanics had made, but restored my car to "like new" condition. I can't rave about Platinum Auto enough. They not only do amazing work, but they're good, honest, decent people as well. Best body shop in Erie, in my opinion!

I told her and her reply was I recommend coming in for someone to look at your vehicle to see how bad the damage is and how much it cost!!!!! DID I JUST HEAR THAT FIR REAL!!!!! perhaps someone needs to teach Brittany what an estimate is and why people call for them. I can't even take my vehicle to a company that conducts its business like that over the telephone. Have to say I was most disappointed to call for an estimate and have this happen.
