However the response was that they don't install parts purchased from the customer . I had a follow up with a question which was why don't they install parts pre purchased - because I'd like to have a warranty on my parts . The response was "we don't provide warranty " , which I knew they wouldn't provide warranty on my parts since I pre purchased my part with its own warranty and they didn't answer if they do provide warranty on their own parts and labor . My main question was why don't they install pre purchased parts and I was hoping they gave me another option alternative option. It was a missed opportunity was they didn't give me another option for the service, such as offering me warranty on parts and labor if I used their service/business . Maybe even educating me as a future client as to the why their business doesn't do that . Overall the response was quick but my question wasn't answered . They do offer the service but didn't really offer anything after I said I had pre purchased a part . Thanks anyways for the quick response!

When i brought my car in he asked for a print out of my service history. In looking through it he discovered the part that needed repairing had been previously repaired under a recall in 2009. He called Audi of America to see if it was still covered, which it was and told me to go to the dealership to have it fixed for free. Now THAT is honest, customer service. He did fix other issues with my car and i've been extremely happy with the outcome. I have had horrid experiences at Reeves Audi Service and Autohaus, so I was so thrilled to find such an honest, reasonably priced German shop. All of my co-workers are now changing to Autobahn because of hearing how fantastic they are.

Our Honda had a strange noise that we got all kinds of differing opinions on. But at Autobahn they quickly identified the actual cause, then had to look around to find parts (10 year old car) and got it taken care of in an acceptable amount of time. They even called me on the day after Thanksgiving, when they're normally closed, because the owner remembered I needed the car back by Saturday. Repairs are good, cost is reasonable (always cheapest to get it done right, once) and service is excellent. A seemingly rare place where you can trust that what the mechanic says. They advertise mainly service on German makes, but also handle Mini Cooper and apparently Honda.

For example, my brakes were squeaking and I asked them to look into it. They said my breaks were still at a 30% and wouldn't recommend changing just yet. I brought my C300 in for service, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed the right, front passenger side wheel and tire was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me. Needless to say, be careful getting your car serviced here.

I've been here several times for various things from an oil change to installing new motor mounts and each time I come in, the service is just as good as the first time I was here. I'm not from Florida, we moved down here from NYC so I had not owned a car in well over a decade. I bought a used one and then brought it in to Honest-1 Auto for an inspection to see if there was anything major wrong with it. The first person I dealt with was Willie Vazquez, the General Manager. I spoke to him over the phone, he got me in right away. I should've brought the car in before I purchased it, luckily there wasn't anything majorly wrong with it but I didn't know that. If Willie were dishonest, he could've said there was something wrong with it and I probably would've gone ahead and paid to have it 'fixed' because I would not have known any better. I appreciate his honesty. I also met George Maajoun the Service Advisor. He's straightforward with prices and cost of labor etc. I've never gotten blindsided by a last minute extra charge or "added fees". My repairs always cost exactly what George tells me they will cost. I appreciate that. It's hard to budget for car repairs when the shop you're dealing with keeps upping the cost, that won't happen to you here. This shop is the most honest one I've ever been to!
