This is just one of the reasons why I prefer my local Builder's Supply for the equipment I need. The staff at Builder's Supply greet you when you walk in the door, and they take the time to check in with you regarding the project you are working on. Now, my project was just a simple wall mount install, but I received a great deal of help from the knowledgeable staff, particularly from Amanda and Mike. Amanda took the time to ask me about the details of the install, offering up ideas for how to mount my shelf and what type of hardware would be best for the material I was boring into. Mike gave me some good advice about what kind of drill would be best for the job, as well. All in all, this team goes the extra mile to make sure that they have satisfied customers -- I'm living proof! From here on out, I don't see any reason to go back to Home Cheap-o or those other big box hardware stores. That was why we went there. But they also sell marble slabs (needed for our kitchen reno) and other things in their little shop. It's not fancy but it's perfect. And Kyle is friendly, knowledgeable, and just a delight to deal with. Haven't met Gary but we feel very confident with Kyle. Funny enough, it was Kiersten from Rodeo Pest Control who recommended this place, which indicates these are strong local business with pride in their work and care for the community. The corporate world has gotten pretty ugly lately so we really wanted to go local. Turns out the prices, service, and knowledge are all way better when you do! At least here!

I was thoroughly impressed. My confidence level of doing projects now has greatly increased because I know just 10 minutes away is this outstanding hardware store. They have a great selection of every possible thing you might be working on in your home.
