They brought extra towels, coffee, etc. I accidentally left the do not disturb sign out so our room didn't get cleaned one day but they brought up fresh towels, more coffee and toilet paper. I left my purse at the front desk and they kept it safe for me. We asked for late check out last minute and they said no problem. Like I said, needy :-) But they really bent over backwards and made our stay fabulous. Pool with waterslide was great. Pool and jacuzzi temps were perfect. Had a two queen suite with a hide a bed and it was roomy and perfect for 5. Two TVs. Quiet 6th floor and comfortable beds. Just a darn perfect stay. Thank you!!

I got to the hotel, they told that did not had any rooms available. I was beyond annoyed because I was working all week in lethbridge and it was -20. One of the front people was not helpful as well but at least they did not promise me a false reso for a room. The crappy thing is that the customer service manager had the audacity to offer me points after getting a false reso after travelling. I am now currently sick with bronchities from the stress and the cold. Thanks Holiday Inn for absolutely nothing.

The building also includes a nice gym, laundry room with a good number of washers and dryers, and even a first-come first-serve "office" room on the first floor which we ended up using for when we needed to take calls. Breakfast was included in the room rate and we really appreciated the quality and the options of what was available (from standard continental breakfast fare to waffle machines, eggs/bacon/sausage/tater totes, to oatmeal and congee). Coffee was not our favorite but the good news is there are plenty of wonderful cafe options outside the hotel. The hotel has both valet parking and self-parking options available. The self-parking option that is affiliated with the hotel is outdoor parking that is located a little distance away from the property. There is a second self-parking option (Indigo Neo) that is underground and part of the property but is not at all affiliated with the hotels. We chose the Indigo Neo option for convenience. Payment was license-plate based and managed online--the hotel staff were really great about emphasizing the need to remember to pay for the parking as Indigo Neo team are strict about ticketing those who don't pay. Service was 5+ stars. All of the team members from the front desk to the chef team and wait staff to the valet were all very kind, courteous and accommodating. The team was extremely proactive when they noticed that our in-room phone line had static and within minutes, maintenance was at our door. And when our trip had to be extended by one extra day due to an unexpected situation, the front desk team (Mercedes) was so patient and helpful in helping us navigate the situation and resolve it. At breakfast, I even heard the head chef agreeing to help a student sports team get breakfast and make it to their game on time by coming in earlier than usual. Amazing kindness by the whole team! Location is great with plenty of places to eat (pro-tip: Noble Pie is a block away and a must-try pizza spot) and shops that are walking distance away. Some blocks are rougher than others but nothing unexpected for a city. Great place for work or play. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Calgary!

The gym facility has a nice view of the city - wasn't able to get a night time shot, as the reflection of the windows made it into selfies lol. The gym itself had all the basics - There is 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate available - however, at times - the coffee didn't seem like it held temperature very well, and it was luke warm at best, which was a little disappointing. Room was clean - plenty of towels available - and bed was relatively comfortable - however there wasn't any slippers available which my mom wasn't pleased about, for me it wasn't a big deal lol - however on the last day leaving - she said she saw a worker with a handful of slippers in the elevator, so she wasn't very pleased they weren't available for her - also note no tooth paste here, so bring your own! Has been fixed up some and bills itself as a "boutique" hotel which isn't true. This tag justifies a higher price but it's a misnomer. The Boutique designation suggests an interesting vibe. Stayed there two nights during Stampede because closer places were already booked. Only choose it if the price is right. There are many other comparable choices. As a Hyatt Discoverist that's the first time I've seen it at a Hyatt and more hotels should definitely be doing the same! Front desk was friendly and there's an ATM machine on the 2nd floor if needed. There's no public bathroom on the ground floor, but you can use the one at their restaurant. We stated the week before the city's annual Stampede and it's great to see the hotel and the whole city all dressed up and decorated.

We met one of the restaurant managers who showed us around and even got us great seats on the street for the parade (thanks Sultan!). We did have rooms overlooking multiple train tracks and we could hear the train all night which isn't as romantic as one may think but the lighting in our room was almost non existent. Bed was great! and a shout out to Darren - not sure what department he was from but he was Johnny on the spot helping us with everything from hangars to luggage racks to ice. The spa treatment was fabulous but opted to stay out of the pool as it was noisy from all the little kids. Fairmonts are wonderful and they did an amazing job with all the cowboys and activities going on. so close to restaurants and fun. I'll be back.

Their shuttle picks up all day long and was a very comfortable ride from the Calgary airport to the hotel. Driver was very kind and helpful and it was very convenient for our party of 6. We were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel which was a very nice benefit and took their shuttle back to the airport where we took a bus from the airport into downtown. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The fitness center here is clean and well maintained. It is certainly possible to get a full body workout here. There are two hot tubs here which is nice but please note they are open only for limited hours. The beds are comfortable and the restaurant here is great as well which is where you can have a delicious complimentary breakfast. Everything about this hotel was greatand we are planning to return and stay here for our final night in Canada during our trip to Banff. 5 stars easily and a thank you to all staff. Two thumbs up!
