She has been leaving some clients with a botched micro blading, uneven, unfinished, damaged eyebrows, and is failing at contacting them back for their refund. I had to have mines laser removed a month after she did mines. Some are too nervous to speak up however some did in fact file online complaints against her. There are several cases. She leaves clients undone so she can request for them to book a second appointment. At times she freestyle her drawing and doesn't use the line technique. Her freestyle leaves clients with uneven eyebrows. Here in pics one eyebrow is round and the other goes up higher. One is also thicker than the other. Instead of trying to resolve the matter, she persist on bashing clients so that they may not want to return to her. She showed no remorse towards what she's done. A complaint with the state of NEW YORK will be filed for these damages. Her damages has to be first removed for another artist to do the micro blading properly. Nico ruined by eyebrows shape, added too much shading, didn't do enough micro blading, my eyebrows look like a disaster. I've attached my before and after her work. Nico, lied and said that the Hot shower was the cause for eyebrows fading 4 weeks after my first appointment with her, smh. The pictures clearly shows it's because she didn't do enough micro blading. Also, The microblading on my eyebrows was unevenly done, and I believe she intentionally did it to encourage me to return for touch-ups. Just seeing other clients whom in the past have had the same exact complaints. I've attached my images into the page. One eyebrow is shaped however micro bladed improperly, but the other is more rounded and not micro bladed properly. Additionally, the shading on my left eye was applied too low than my natural brow. I now have the bottom of one eyebrow left with blank spaces and with several mini dots. This is clearly unprofessional. After she finished the first appointment, I told her one look more rounded than the other, she gave me a no care attitude and claimed that I would need another touch-up to fix this because she has to apply the shading in layers. I decided to only give her a partial deposit for the second appointment because I wanted the problem fixed. Again, I asked for micro blading not more shading. Barely six weeks after my first appointment, my eyebrows look like a disaster. Neither side were micro-bladed properly. I made sure to text her my progress so she can see how bad my eyebrows were. I complained about the unevenness several weeks before my second appointment and even sent her images. However, the day prior of my appointment, she told me that I didn't need to send her images. She never asked me to come in for a consultation. As a business owner myself, I take pride in communication which is the reason why I made sure to reach out to her. I had given her a deposit for the second appointment. When I arrived, she quickly looked at my eyebrows and said they looked faded and accused me of taking hot showers. I knew right away that this was her way of avoiding accountability for her poor job. I told her that I'm very in tune with my skin and don't like taking hot showers. She wanted to shade more my eyebrows which would then lead to me having my highlight areas being covered, which will also lead to me having a thicker look. Nico also told that she will not have a laser eyebrow removal until May. My friend I bumped into can surely attest of this and has in fact been texting me after seeing Nico's neglect. She even said in front of Nico I can see how one was more round than the other. After spending several minutes talking about my concerns and no work being done she proceeded to ask that I still pay her the balance for the day. Simply unbelievable and just greedy. I called several places yesterday to have the damage on my left eye removed, but they are asking me over $400. This is extremely expensive and feels like a scam. Now, I have to find an actual professional to fix this. She was not only disrespectful but she's taken my money and didn't show any remorse for her poor customer service. PLEASE REFUND MY FULL PAYMENTS. This is going to cost too much to repair. First with a laser removal, then to have a professional artist.
