Very attentive and friendly, whether you're a first time customer or a regular, you will be in good hands at this establishment. Food came out fast with everything ordered. The seafood itself is fresh and you can even get a side of Jeow Som (crack sauce). The taste of the house cajun mix has been the flavor I have been missing from the Twin Cities. I am so thrilled to finally have a seafood boil resturaunt that I can proudly recommend to my peers. For the price that you are paying for the quality of ingredients and flavor, every cent was worth it! I was full with just half my bag and got an extra dinner for later. Hearing the story of how this resturaunt started has gotten me inspired. People who worked hard and started from the ground up shows that anything is possible if you work towards your goals. 10/10 would recommend, now has become strictly the only seafood boil resturaunt that consistently delivers flavor and appeal that I will be going to!

Babii Cajun is hands down one of my favorite spots right now…read more First off, I love supporting a women-owned business--especially one with such a meaningful story. Knowing it's founded by a Lao refugee makes the experience feel even more special, and you can really see that passion come through in everything they do. The food is AMAZING. The Cajun flavors are bold, rich, and perfectly seasoned. The seafood boil is a must--super fresh, flavorful, and messy in the best way. You can tell a lot of care goes into every dish. One of the coolest parts? The self-pour beer wall. Such a fun concept and perfect if you want to try a little bit of everything without committing to just one drink. Service was top tier. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome the whole time. Overall, great food, great vibes, and a place with heart. I'll definitely be coming back again and again.

We hired Savage Chef to provide catering for a funeral luncheon, including setup, service, and…read morecleanup. Unfortunately, the experience did not come close to meeting expectations, especially given the nature of the event and the nearly $5,000 fee they quoted. To be fair, in the end, they knocked off several hundred dollars because of the disaster their inability to handle the job caused. The gesture was inadequate, considering our family did most of the actual work that day. The caterer arrived late, and only part of the staff showed up. The sandwiches had not been prepared in advance, the soup was not ready on time--nor was there enough, and twelve of the deceased's family members had to step in to help prepare food while more than 200 guests waited. Our family not only made the sandwiches, they also brought them out to the waiting guests. It made an already sad day become an embarrassing mess. The bakery bread we were promised was not used; instead, grocery store bread was served. Ty said the baker couldn't accommodate the volume of bread - we had this catering agreement in place for over 1 1/2 months. We were never told of this prior to the event. Beverages were also not stocked properly, and we had to repeatedly ask for refills. Some family members had to carry in cases of water from the caterer's car in the twenty-below weather. We chose Savage Chef based on positive reviews and the presentation of his food, but neither the service nor the execution nor the quality lived up to the advertising. Given the circumstances and cost, this was a very disappointing and upsetting experience. I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone.

All I heard from my 160 guests at the wedding I just hosted was "who catered this"? The staff are super friendly and were cracking jokes, smiling, and overall brought a great vibe to the fair. The burger was pretty good, cooked to a good temperature with a nice bun, good amount of cheese and toppings. The burger did have a bit of a weird aftertaste sort of like a meatloaf flavor. I am a burger naturalist so maybe they had some spices outside just salt and pepper or something which threw me off a bit, but it was still a nice, juicy burger!

We scarfed the wings down so quickly we didn't even get pics. I am a pretty harsh wing critic, and one of those who believes wings should only be deep fried (and dropped twice). These wings completely proved how wrong I am. Apparently charbroiled is the way to go. Perfectly crisp, even the massive drummies. The sauce flavorings were impressive and rivaled even the MN crème de la creme of wings (Runyons). Will absolutely be partaking again the next time we see them around. ‍ Well done PPF!
