She showed us a used 2014 pathfinder. She was wounderful and made the car buying experience with two hungry anf tired children great. She helped make sure that carseat fit, one of my concerns, and shows us other important features on the car. As we sat down she brought the kids crayons, water and gold fish to keep them occupied while we worked out the details. The next when we came to pick up car the whole team we so nice to us. We were in a hurry and they made sure we were not late for our appointment, but did not make us feel rushed. As we pulled out we noticed there was a chip in the windshield. We called them Monday and the said they would take care of it. When we came to pick it up, they went above and beyond what was required. They replace the whole windshield. We truly had a wounderful experience and I would reccomending Holly and her team to anyone! Thank you!!

I was not familiar with Honda and Jon educated me with information which included history and value. I can conclude that his product knowledge and his step by step instructions on how everything operates made my learning experience easy. I know I can pick up a phone and call Jon and he will never be too busy to help. So Jon gets a 10 out of 10. Now I cannot say this about Dan Fry (finance director). Mr Fry reached out via phone after the sale about an insurance error. He was told that the mix had to have been on Faulkners part, my insurance has been the same forever. I did leave a message later for clarification to his voice mail. After 9 hours he had never called back with confirmation on the issue. Mr Fry gets a 0 out of 10 for being unresponsive. Jerrett Dehart (business manager) a nice YOUNG man who has a job to do but needs to know that NO means NO. Trying to upsell warranties on an already good product makes no sense. The price tag quoted was ridiculous ($4100.00) and then to add it to the sale and charge tax. I was paying cash for my car did it never occur to him that just maybe I would keep my $4100.00 in my account and earn interest and in not yours. The epic fail was when he had the wrong title and signed it and I caught the mistake. I give Jerrett a 6 out of 10 for just trying to do his job. In conclusion I will give the car detailers a 100 out of a 100. They are the real heros of the story. The car was spotless. Lacey

They suggested I take it to the dealer. Big mistake.. I took my car in. Kira gave me an estimate of $1833.54. Everything on that list was stuff i literally just purchased. When i called them out on it, she denied it. Judging by the long list of reviews, i was right. Don't go there. They have one objective and that to take your money. They said I needed an oil change. My oil was changed two weeks ago. That let me know they didn't check it, because if they did, they would've know. They also told me I needed tires, I bought them 1.5yrs ago. They said I needed wiper blades, they were replaced over the summer when my windshield was replaced. I paid a $100 diagnostic fee, even though this was covered under my MaxCare. I confirmed this with my rep, that they didn't bother contacting. When I got there to get my car, Kira tried to gaslight me into thinking they weren't trying to financially violate me. She told me they didn't know about the oil change because my sticker wasn't changed. They would've if they did their job and actually checked. They were looking for things to charge me for. If you there, be prepared and know your car before doing so. Otherwise, you'll regret it.

I spent a lot of time researching for my first car I was going to get with payments attached. I was…read moreso excited to have a car with power windows for once. After researching I found that a Mazda3 would be my best option. With terrible credit at the time I was pretty short on financing options, but I decided to give Manheim Car King a try. I test drove a blue mazda3 and when home to deliberate. When I came back the dealer convinced me it was this grey one i was driving, I swear it wasnt. But after much questioning and some cocky guy in the office figuring out my financing and up selling me the shittiest warranty ever, I dropped $2000 on a down payment and drove off the lot. ONE week later, I heard a knocking. It got louder and louder, I took it to a mechanic and when I told them I just bought the car they told me to turn right around and go back - the engine is shot. Honestly, if I knew a little more about cars I wouldn't have bought a Mazda3 with a hitch on the back installed as this is not a towing car, but I digress. I took it back and they refused to help me. Refused to trade in or return. After screaming in showroom and telling them I would smear their name all over the internet they said I was "one tough cookie" and decided to pay for half my repair. Still cost me little over $800. 3 years later I have replaced the normal wear and tare, on top of a new TRANSMISSION, ENGINE, CLUTCH, STARTER, and the A/C doesn't work anymore. To name only the main things. I thought I was getting a great deal at $6000 - but with interest and repairs I have spent more then I would care to admit on this piece of shit and refuse to do anymore. I am now looking for a new car - and my advice to all of you is to not only research the cars you want, but the place you are getting it from. DO NOT go to a place that gets their cars from auctions if you can afford. Its a crap shoot and I'm terrible at gambling. The only thing this place did for me was get me a high interest rate loan that then repaired my credit a bit so I can now trade this hunk in. I still owe on the loan - but its so bad I'd rather cut my losses and be done with it.

I told them to do the rear brakes and 108k service while I was in, but I wanted a quote on the TPMS repair. Faulkner quoted me almost $1,150 to replace the four sensors. $178 per tire in labor, even though the car was up on the lift, and the tires were off. I looked at their estimate and they were charging double charging for labor on things that were already being performed with other service at the time. I saved $800 by taking the car elsewhere for the same repair. I understand the dealership may use different parts, but $178 in labor per tire is theft. Two weeks earlier I called in for pricing and parts never called me back. When I called to speak to the parts manager, he was rude and apathetic. I reported this to the general manager. Had I gotten the initial quote I asked for, I wouldn't have wasted my time driving 50 minutes to Harrisburg. Faulkner Subaru has lost my business.
