While it was an awesome ride, we are looking at different options right now. (The truck shortage has us hesitant to buy right now due to limited options) but we want to be ready when the shortage ends. We have been to several dealers in the area for Toyota and other brands, this was the best experience so far. So if you are looking to purchase a Toyota, look for Donnell. They suggested I take it to the dealer. Big mistake.. I took my car in. Kira gave me an estimate of $1833.54. Everything on that list was stuff i literally just purchased. When i called them out on it, she denied it. Judging by the long list of reviews, i was right. Don't go there. They have one objective and that to take your money. They said I needed an oil change. My oil was changed two weeks ago. That let me know they didn't check it, because if they did, they would've know. They also told me I needed tires, I bought them 1.5yrs ago. They said I needed wiper blades, they were replaced over the summer when my windshield was replaced. I paid a $100 diagnostic fee, even though this was covered under my MaxCare. I confirmed this with my rep, that they didn't bother contacting. When I got there to get my car, Kira tried to gaslight me into thinking they weren't trying to financially violate me. She told me they didn't know about the oil change because my sticker wasn't changed. They would've if they did their job and actually checked. They were looking for things to charge me for. If you there, be prepared and know your car before doing so. Otherwise, you'll regret it.

After researching I found that a Mazda3 would be my best option. With terrible credit at the time I was pretty short on financing options, but I decided to give Manheim Car King a try. I test drove a blue mazda3 and when home to deliberate. When I came back the dealer convinced me it was this grey one i was driving, I swear it wasnt. But after much questioning and some cocky guy in the office figuring out my financing and up selling me the shittiest warranty ever, I dropped $2000 on a down payment and drove off the lot. ONE week later, I heard a knocking. It got louder and louder, I took it to a mechanic and when I told them I just bought the car they told me to turn right around and go back - the engine is shot. Honestly, if I knew a little more about cars I wouldn't have bought a Mazda3 with a hitch on the back installed as this is not a towing car, but I digress. I took it back and they refused to help me. Refused to trade in or return. After screaming in showroom and telling them I would smear their name all over the internet they said I was "one tough cookie" and decided to pay for half my repair. Still cost me little over $800. 3 years later I have replaced the normal wear and tare, on top of a new TRANSMISSION, ENGINE, CLUTCH, STARTER, and the A/C doesn't work anymore. To name only the main things. I thought I was getting a great deal at $6000 - but with interest and repairs I have spent more then I would care to admit on this piece of shit and refuse to do anymore. I am now looking for a new car - and my advice to all of you is to not only research the cars you want, but the place you are getting it from. DO NOT go to a place that gets their cars from auctions if you can afford. Its a crap shoot and I'm terrible at gambling. The only thing this place did for me was get me a high interest rate loan that then repaired my credit a bit so I can now trade this hunk in. I still owe on the loan - but its so bad I'd rather cut my losses and be done with it.

I drove off the lot in a beautiful low mileage used Audi. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership treated me with respect and I felt they were honest and truly helpful- sort of the opposite of the stereotype of used car salesman. They earned my loyalty and my praise, so I wanted to recommend them to others. These are good guys who really want to put you in the right car for a decent price.
