I wouldn't wish this kinda of service on my own enemy in life.
Customer service is not even worth a star.
Here's my story
Bought a used car from them Cruze 2012 . Was handed over the car and it was dirty found stale food in between the seats. The car had a broken sun visor so they had replaced it with one that didn't even fit this car. While doing that they stained the inside of the car with grease / oil on the side . A black trim on the top of my car was broken as well . I noticed all these things which I brought to the attention of my sales person whom if you ask me did not give a care in the world because now that his Commission was made he no longer had to provided service. The sales person didn't even give me all the keys to the car . When he realized that he didn't even call me to let me know . He mailed them to an old address and they were nice enough to send them to my current address which the car dealership had in hand . He wrote a paper and said it was covered with there warranty that someone would reach out within a few days later. 2 months later I had to go through so many calls etc because no one had submitted any request to get the missing pieces to my car. I came across an even more unpleasant man called Taoufik. This gentleman should not be in the customer service industry. He's very aggressive and rude . He finally gave me a appointment to fix my car. So trim, sun visor and a full interior detail.
Well I spent 3 hours waiting and I got the trim and sun visor and I was given a spray to put into my car. When I asked about the detailing I was told it was done . Again it wasn't but I'm tired of arguing with these people that I took my keys and left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.
I've had the car for 2months and I I've had to bring it to the garage 2x now and with no help from this company or the warranty on it when I had still had it . I still have to get the car detailed. There was a burning smell in the car a month back that they said they fixed and I let them know it's still there and i was left to deal with that on my own again . read more
