Once Respina arrived at the window, still no greeting. Ask my name and when I communicated my name she said " say again" rather than, please repeat the spelling. She was extremely rude, seems as though she was having a bad morning. I have been ill for the past week the last thing I need is someone with an attitude when I am trying to pick up 2 prescription that are already filled. If me showing up to Walgreens is a problem for her requesting minimal service maybe staying home or choosing another professional may have been a better option for Respina. Definitely a poor choice for Walgreens when all the mature ladies cashiers are so sweet. It was definitely a poor experience. Dr. A

We both wandered around looking for help and couldn't find anyone. There was an employee helping a customer and we asked if there was anyone else available to help us. She was surprised nobody was there to help and went and found someone. She told us someone was on the way. Nobody showed up. By now, there are about ten of us waiting for help in that area. The gal that was helping a customer finished and came to help us. She apologized for the fact she was the only one over there. It clearly wasn't her fault! She was great and helped my daughter choose the appropriate items for her skin type. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. We went and got in line to check out. The person who checked out did not say one word to us during the transaction. No hello or thanks or anything. Neither of the two people at the cash wrap were friendly in the least. It was as if we were disturbing them. So overall it wasn't great, but one employee was really good (I wish I remembered her name)!

Not sure about these reviews but I had a lovely visit!…read more I was looking to get concealer, skin tint, and some hair products. Reaira worked with me to skin match. I had products in mind and I'm really glad she gave her honest opinion. She preferred products on the moderate price range and had me test them out. A little goes a long way and she actually saved me money so shout out to her! She did have me try a couple different brands and I stepped out to check them out in other lighting. She agreed that would be a good idea because it's bright white lighting in their store. I went to target next door and the lighting was trash so I took selfies in the car and then I was immediately sold when I came back it was perfect timing because she just got off her break. She checked me out with no issues and we just laughed about random things. Unfortunately they didn't have the living proof no frizz oil I was looking for so I'll have to go to Nordstroms but no worries. I'll definitely come back and work with Reaira again! The place was really busy but I love girlhood because it just felt like we were all getting ready together and sharing mirrors and excusing ourselves when we got in each others way. Good vibes for sure! And I think the skin tint is very no makeup makeup because when I got home my husband didn't even notice or maybe that's just a guy thing
