A year and a half later I called John to repair leaks in my roof. Michael does pitiful substandard drywall work. I would never hire him again. We hired him to…read moredrywall our basement for 3 rooms and a bathroom. He was supposed to have a crew working but it was only him. He would show up at 10:30 or 11:00am and only work until 2:30 or 3:00 and take an hour lunch. This has taken over 6 weeks and the work is still not done right. The mudding and sanding looks terrible and no amount of paint will cover this up. Michael will ask for final payment before work is finished. Unfortunately we paid him so we've learned the hard way. I have plenty of pictures to show how bad this work is.

We had a tree fall in our yard that ended up damaging the glass in one of our sliding glass doors…read more I called Georgia Glass Repair and received a quote over the phone based upon the dimensions of the glass that needed to be replaced. The quote was very reasonable, based upon quotes I had received a few years back to replace the glass on an identical sliding glass door. (I had contacted our previous glass repair company about this current issue but they never called me back, which led me to check out Georgia Glass Repair this time.) We scheduled an at-home visit to verify the quote, which didn't change even though it was determined that the installation would be a bit trickier due to the age and condition of the sliding glass door. Georgia Glass Repair had to order the glass from their supplier. They said it would take 7-10 business days, but it arrived within a week. The installation was scheduled for 3 days later, and they showed up within the 2-hour window they had provided. It took them less than an hour to replace the glass, and the two guys that removed the old glass and inserted the new glass were very friendly, informative, and professional. They worked quickly and before I knew it, the glass had been replaced. Looking at the glass afterwards, I see they didn't introduce any scratches during the installation. I would absolutely recommend this company. From the first phone call to the final installation, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
