While the services were good the doctor adds more appointments If you let them they we'll schedule you five days a week for a month and even Saturday's not for the patient but to get more money. It changed from a patient care to money counting. read more

I was being seen for a pre-existing issues in my entire spine until two weeks later I got into a car accident. Which made my issues worse. Since then, the entire staff in the front office, back office and my doctor,Dr. John Birch, has been nothing but excellent! They treat me like family, they truly worry about my well being and make sure that I get taken care of, even with the paperwork part! First time ever visiting a chiropractor and I'm glad I ended up choosing Heuser! Everyone there was friendly yet very professional. Consultation and x rays went well, came in the next day for my adjustment to find out that I needed more than I thought. I went in thinking I had sciatica pains, come to find out my whole spin needs working. After my adjustment with Dr. Lance, my sciatica pains went away and felt over all better. Not 100%, but back to walking without pain. For financial reasons, I declined there care plan, but if I could I would have stuck with them! read more

I started coming here 24 years ago. I have herniated disks in my neck and had gone to different Dr.s. Had MRI's, xrays, etc. All the Dr's wanted to do was give muscle relaxers - not fix the problem. I came here and I love this place. I was on the verge of having surgery but no one could guarantee I would ever be able to move my neck left to right or up & down ever again, and that's not going to work for me. Once I started getting my treatments, the pain has gone away. I am older now and have new aches and pains occasionally, but they always fix me and make me as good as new. They will work with you if you have no insurance or don't think you can afford it. They want to see you get well and will do whatever it takes to get you there. They are always very professional and courteous. If you have any ailments, you need to try this place. I guarantee it will be worth it. read more

Don't waste your time. Classic bait and switch tactics. They offer a free exam and adjustment but then spend hours wasting your time trying to convince you that you need an extended treatment plan. They wanted $4000 from me before I even got on the table. The nurse didn't have a clue, the office manger was rude and the "doctor" left me feeling worse then when I got there. I decide to try out Heuser Chiropratic. I make an appointment sit there for 45 minutes. That should have been my first clue. Finally get called and sit in the exam room another 15 minutes. Talk to someone who recommends x-rays to see the problems. Okay, I'm here. I then need to make an appointment for going over the x-rays and adjustment. I go back the next day same thing but only a 20 minute wait. I get the classic "we can fix you for only 3 treatments a week for the next 8 weeks." I try to be as polite as possible and tell them no thanks. And walk out. Yesterday I get a bill for $270.00 from them?! So much for the "Free spinal exam" read more
