The brats was moist, tender, and flavorful, and the slaw was robust and strong. The potatoes, as has been the case everywhere we ate on this trip, were very tasty and excellently cooked. The chicken was tender, not dry, and came off the bone easily. The accompanying salad was very fresh and lightly coated with oil and vinegar. For dessert we had one piece of cheese strudel and one cherry strudel, both moist and delicious. The value was excellent for the proportions we received, and our waitress was ausgezeichnet (excellent.) she even called a taxi for us!
