I get there and I told them I had hypothyroidism in the past. They did not know how to understand my labs and had me panicked that I was very ill. They referred me to an endocrinologist. I came home and looked at labs I've had in the past and when I saw what they were so alarmed about, it was from my hypothyroidism, not hyperthyroidism. As HCPs, why didn't they know that?? Now, they've had my labs for 2 weeks. The pharmacist orders two hormone creams...but they don't have one of them in stock. Why not? You had my labs for TWO WEEKS. Do you NOT look at them to see what they said BEFORE I showed up? And if you did, WHY didn't you order what I needed? Like who does inventory around there. So, after 5 days, I call and ask for the status because I haven't heard anything. They said I should get a text that day and if not, call back. I got the text on Wednesday and have been waiting for my medication. I called yesterday evening and left a message stating I had not received it. I get a call today saying it was marked "pick-up." I don't know why because I told the pharmacist twice I wanted it mailed to me because it would take 40-45 minutes for me to get there due to construction. They said they are mailing it today. This place is a disorganized MESS! I won't be going back. I can find another compound pharmacy.

She did shape the wig initially and said if you need anything further come back and I will change it to your liking. When I asked to have a small change made to the wig to match my original hair color/cut the owner denied this request and stated there would be additional fee on top of the $4,250 I've already paid. Dr. Fritsch saved our daughters life back in 1987. She had swallowed a dime size piece of…read moreplexiglass as she was crawling on our floor. We had just had a range delivered and this was a shipping bumper. We tried to stop her but she swallowed it so quickly that it was impossible. She actually choked and lost her air because it closed off her airway. It landed horizontal in her esophagus. I did the clean sweep and all other life saving measures. Nothing was working so I stuck my finger down her throat and pushed on the plexiglass. This opened her airway as it turned the plexiglass vertical. We took her to the er and was told we were over worried 1st time parents. Needless to say within 36 hours she was close to death as this object bore a hole in her esophagus. The ent was called in after a day of testing and us explaining what we thought it was. Nobody really believed that's what it could be. We were told she most likely passed the object. But sadly not. Anyways Dr Fritsch saved her life 100%.

I just completed seven weeks of therapy here, and regained so much mobility in my problem shoulder. The therapists were kind and listened to me. They checked in with me every time to ask how my recovery is progressing at the beginning of every appointment. On the first day, they had prepared a list of exercises they wanted me to begin there, however, my mobility was terrible and I just couldn't do some of them. So they very quickly helped me out with modifications. I felt very empowered in that moment.
