First, we found that the office had been relocated. My family had not received a call or email to notify that the practice had moved. Luckily, we had given ourselves plenty of time. When we arrived at the new location we were greeted with, "Your appointment has been canceled." The attitude with the office staff was, "And it's actually your fault that you didn't know we had moved or that your appointment had been canceled." I was struck that no one offered a simple apology. We are easy-going folks. We understand that mistakes happen in busy medical office. Please work on your approach to customer service.

When you try one of the options they give you and you get a hold of someone, they just pass you off to somebody else that can't answer your question. There's no use in calling a specific office because it's the same number for all the offices. ‍‍. The Dr's and nurses were great but the automated service and office staff are about as useless as crutches on a legless person.
