It was done without a hitch and quickly hauled away. I am glad I saw their ad on the street and was even glad to know they just were almost right nearby in my area. The price was very, very reasonable. Compared to other junk haulers that quoted me a horrendous pricing just for one item to haul out of my place, Robert, the owner was very professional, courteous and helpful and they were done in just a few minutes clearing out the items. I would recommend this service company to anyone that needs anything done at their place (I believe they do almost anything you can think of that needs servicing in your area) and as I would say again, VERY REASONABLE! I wish I had known this company when I needed a mover a few months prior just to move a buffet table across the street from my neighbor's house to mine. I was charged so much for just a few steps across the street. Make sure you check Manteca Property Services BEFORE getting another quote from others so you can truly see the savings. Thx much.

Of the 3 estimates I received from other companies, his was definitely most reasonable. He was even able to come out the very next day and take care of it. I will definitely reach back out if needed again. Thank you so much!!!

As the mortgage lender on the transaction, I really appreciated Manohar's professionalism and communication throughout the process. This was a short sale that required bank approval, so there were more moving parts and a longer timeline than a typical purchase. Manohar remained patient and understanding throughout the process, stayed on top of the details, and did a great job keeping everyone informed as we worked through the bank's requirements and waited for approval. His experience and steady approach helped keep the transaction moving in the right direction and ultimately get us to the closing table. I really enjoyed working with Manohar and would gladly work with him again. I would highly recommend him to investors or anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and dependable real estate agent.

He sold my house in two days and helped to select the right buyer as there were more than 10 offers for my house. After handing over the process of selling my house to him, I just sat back and did not do anything, but count money at the end of the sale! I will recommend Manohar Singh to anyone who is on the lookout for a good real estate agent, whether to buy or sell a house.

Paseo Villas was a mixed bag experience for me, and probably will be for you to. However, your…read moreopinion will depend on what you value most. So here is a list of pros and cons to help you decide if Paseo Villas is right for you. PROS: Best and friendliest maintenance crew. All the guys are great and they are the best aspect of the complex. The neighborhood is on the better side of Manteca. I would often walk in the evenings to Woodward Park and never had safety concerns. The landscaping crew is always there, so the grounds look nice. They are almost there too much. LOL Open parking is pretty good compared to other complexes that I have lived in. The pool area is always clean and pretty underused by the residents. I would often be able to head to the hot tub in the evening and be undisturbed. CONS: The front office staff needs a lot of work...They are not friendly, tend to be hard to get a hold of, and kind of rude TBH. There were a couple of regimen changes over my 3 years there, and the first crew was the best. But I feel the crews got worse with each change. Parking lot safety is a major concern! Since the freeway is right there, you get a ton of homeless walking through at all hours and tossing the dumpsters. Also, there were 3 separate instances where thieves came through at night and stole wheels from multiple cars. So walking out to the lot in the morning to see a bunch of cars on cinderblocks was not great. You also get a lot of people putting flyers on your cars during sundown hours. Why Paseo Villas hasn't instituted 24/7 onsite security patrol is a mystery to me. Paseo Villas is a weird mix of luxury/cheap. The building and outward appearances are both really nice. But the carpet, paint, vinyl flooring, and appliances are so damn cheap. I feel they could do a lot better given the prices of each unit. Let me tell you about the carpet actually. When I moved in, the carpet was already dingy and very worn. It should have been replaced before I moved in. I would have refused to accept the unit with such poor carpet, but I was in too much of a bind at the time to have said something. Then after living there for 3 years, they still had the audacity to not put new carpet in. IDK, how much could new bulk-rate carpet cost for a 1bedx1bath? NEITHER PRO NOR CON: Prices seem okay given the current rental market. Pretty much everyone keeps to themselves especially since there is a lot of tenant turnover. Noise seems fair given the size of the complex and the freeway being right there. Okay sorry for the long review. But I feel you should know as much as you can about the place you are thinking about calling "home." I will say the rental market in Manteca is tough, so Paseo Villas isn't the worst you can do... but it's also not the best... Hope this helped!
