Their installers are in-house and Travis & Gene did a very good job of installation & clean up. This carpet truly has extremely limited off-gassing & even "new" odor was gone the next day. I went in to pay the balance & asked for any carpet info in writing, I did not get it, but I did receive a bottle of carpet cleaner for this type of carpet. Travis stated if there were any installation problems in the year to call them. As a long-time established family local business I shall rely on his word. Although some of their fees are higher, I would definitely use Hasty's again.

They broke off the plumbing flush with the wall when unhooking under the sink. Their response: "You're going to need a plumber for that" There's a piece of molding they removed and it's just lost. multiple scratches and paint tore up. all this on one simple countertop. now learned that Lowe's no longer uses this contractor and I can see why.

Going into this process - they never informed me about plumbing or hiring a plumber - since obviously, I would have. First they didn't have the tool to turn off the water, thankfully, I had a neighbor that did. From there - they completed the installation. Before I signed for the job - I reminded them to turn the water back on. They said they couldn't do that - only a plumber could - since my valves were bad?! I was apalled! If they noted my valves were bad - why would they have started the job? They knew I didn't have a plumber! It was nearly 2pm - and I was stuck with no water! I called the owner, Crystal - and she literally told me it was MY PROBLEM - and HUNG UP ON ME!!! The installers as my witness. Seriously?! She claimed she told me I needed a plumber (not true) but in the next breathe said - she didn't know my valves were bad - okay, so what was it? Either way - they were in the wrong and needed to find me a plumber. As a contractor - it was probably easier than what I went through - and the extra costs I encountered. Do yourself a favor - find another company!!! These people are awful!

Looked at the 'job', he emailed estimate that evening a very accurate, cost of everything going line by line. We had requested a start date for the job, no problem. He told us how much tile would be needed. We ordered from Home Depot. Rob had it picked up . On start day a crew showed up, as some of them started ripping bathroom apart. they also put down a 4' wide paper walk way so they weren't making a mess from bathroom to door. Super nice crew if I bothered them with a question they actually explained what they were doing. WOW I liked that. When the last guy left everything was cleaned up by them. The second project was much smaller with some tile grout repair in our secondary shower. His team got us scheduled quickly and arrived on time. The quote was very reasonable but the pro finished it in less time than estimated saving us quite a bit of money.
