From the second he signed the paperwork, he completely transformed from a person with a case into a nameless file gathering dust on someone's desk. The communication is absolutely nonexistent. You will never, ever get to speak to an actual attorney. Every single time I called to get an update on my case, I was passed around to a different "case manager" or intake specialist who had no clue what was going on. I left dozens of voicemails and emails that went completely ignored for weeks at a time. The only time they seem to move quickly is when they are rushing you to sign a lowball settlement just so they can collect their fee and move on to the next person. They market themselves as a firm that fights aggressively for you, but they treat your painful, life-altering situation like a fast-food assembly line. The building itself is aged, but the inside is well done. Their walls have some local artist paintings, as best I can tell they are local. Interesting paintings. The wait area is a bit stark, dark, and a bit void of any decorative items. There are some chairs and a coffee table full of Dallas Magazine. We waited about 25 minutes for our attorney. He was a great guy, helped us out with our needs and guided us through the next process. Very knowledgable. Outside of the wait, it was a good experience.
