I rented a mini-van from Hertz at this location and notified Yelp that this is a Hertz location now, not Budget. The staff had limited English speaking ability, but they were very nice people. Very easy check out. Good quality, clean car for a reasonable price. My family and I took a train here to see the castles, then rented a car and drove up the Romantic Road and up to Berlin and turned in the car in Berlin. Several places along the Romantic Road, we kept seeing these parking signs with a dial symbol on them and we didn't know what they meant. When we got to Nordlingen, we noticed other cars in the parking lot had a cardboard dial on their dashboard showing what time they parked there. It's sort of a self-reporting mechanism for what time your parking expires. I didn't realize it until it was too late, but Hertz had provided us one of those parking dials in the pocket of the driver side door. read more
