They will let you make reservations online and through call but when you arrive there, they won't…read morehave any cars available. it happened to me twice and both times our plans got cancelled because of it. when asked, they will say our reservation department and us is completely different and they would let you make a reservation even if they haven't any availability. please beware before booking a reservation with them. so disappointed.
