They do not take calls in the order they are received, they take them in a geographic order, taking the calls closest to the drivers current location first. Their vehicles are dirty and in disrepair. Door handles missing, smelly, stained upholstery, loud exhaust leaks. When you complain to the drivers, they always blame dispatch. Dispatch is done by a third party, so complaining to them does no good. There is no social media or phone number to contact the company directly to complain. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

His vehicle is very comfortable and clean inside and out (when weather permits!!) and he was very relaxed company giving me helpful information to ensure my stay went well. John was really helpful in collecting me and dropping me of at the airport in time. Leaving on a Sunday when there had been overnight snow and I had connecting flights, he made himself available to drive me to St Louis if necessary. Luckily the plane appeared on time. His charges were reasonable and agreed beforehand and communication was always good. I highly recommend John and would use him again on any future visit.

I've never used a shuttle service before and was traveling with my kids, so I was nervous. I also got a confirmation text the next morning, which put me at ease.
