The staff is extremely friendly; from the Cape Air employees to TSA and even the pilots, everyone is there to help each other out and make the experience flow as smoothly as possible. I was able to arrive 40 minutes before my flight and spent 38 minutes sitting there- that's how quickly I was able to check in and complete the TAA screening.

I remember used to be American Connection, US Airways Express (w/ KCI Airport which honorable mention), and Air Choice One. Meanwhile, my family hang around kirksville all the time; walmart supercenter shopping, grocery at Aldis, McDonalds, Burger King, Shoes, Doctors Appointment, Ice Cream, grocery at Hy-Vee, JCPennies, Home Depot, especially going to movies at Downtown Cinema all the time for 2 decades except Kirksville Airport which my family never been there. Too Bad i had cancelled flyhome to Kirksville from St. Louis so I have to take Shuttle Bus, it sucks. I don't care how smaller airport, I don't mind. It seemed like an odd combination but it had a nice taste. I dont know what they have on the menu, as far as other food items. The place does have a bar,which boasted Natty Lights for $1.50 per bottle or $5 pitcher of draft Natty Light. I was told they stay busy with the small aircraft that flies in and out of the airport.

John was really helpful in collecting me and dropping me of at the airport in time. Leaving on a Sunday when there had been overnight snow and I had connecting flights, he made himself available to drive me to St Louis if necessary. Luckily the plane appeared on time. His charges were reasonable and agreed beforehand and communication was always good. I highly recommend John and would use him again on any future visit.

I've never used a shuttle service before and was traveling with my kids, so I was nervous. I also got a confirmation text the next morning, which put me at ease.
