Gavin and his wonderful team jumped into action and provided excellent customer service. They were knowledgeable, professional and efficient. From stepping to the counter to getting me out the door and on the road was less than 10 minutes. Macie was so helpful walking the car and explaining the contract. I'll definitely be forgoing rentals at other local establishments and using this Enterprise. Vehicle was very clean, well maintained and had a full tank of gas. When I returned my rental Gavin saw me drive in the parking lot and met me at my vehicle to complete the check in unless than 2 minutes. Did I mention their pricing was better than the airport rentals? Definitely worth a short uber ride from the airport.

The man that works here with the white beard really needs a refresher on what customer service is…read moreand what all it entails. The most rude, condescending man from the moment we walked in. We were told to go to this location to exchange the vehicle we had because Lansing didn't have anything left and the car we received was disgusting, needed an oil change, and had no windshield wiper fluid and he told us we would be fine to drive over 4,000 miles in that condition and to go back to Lansing if we wanted it cleaned. We thought he was joking at first and continued to interrupt everything we tried to say. Do not go here. We ended up going to Fort Wayne and they were way nicer, apologized for everything we had been through and got us in a much better vehicle. It's been hours and I just can't get over how rude this man is here.

After having this vehicle for a day, I noticed the check engine light coming on, so I immediately told him that I did not want the vehicle or that I wanted it to be looked at. He said he would get it permanently fixed. It appeared as so, as the problem was may be fixed for about a month. But the same sensors that they said were"" fixed "" definitely not fixed. A few weeks later after getting the vehicle, I noticed as I was switching my son to the other side of the vehicle that the two passenger in middle seatbelts were hidden underneath. The seat busted completely, and I was still running back into issues with the check engine light in the car, not wanting to start after getting gas. I told him I wanted a different vehicle yeah I was denied in my 30 days. He finally fix the seatbelt asking me why I didn't tell him sooner. I didn't even see it, sir. That should've been your guys job before even selling a vehicle. I've asked repeatedly to get some of the same issues fixed that were already broken still denied today.
