She had a confirmed insurance replacement rental and was told to arrive at 10:30 AM. When we showed up, there were no vehicles available. The employee even contacted USAA and verified her full coverage insurance, but still seemed unsure how to proceed. We were told we would receive a call back after lunch, which never happened. Now it's the next day, and after returning again, we were told there still are no vehicles available and nothing will be available until after closing. This is unacceptable for an insurance replacement rental situation where someone is left without transportation due to an accident caused by another driver. On top of that, the location appeared to be severely understaffed with only one employee trying to manage everything. Very disappointing experience, especially after being a long-time Enterprise customer. Avoid this location.
