To start, on Friday…read moreMarch 27, after arriving at 4::00pm to pickup my car the Covington location, I was told there were no SUV's available despite my reservation. They attempted to tell me they only had a Kia Soul available. Clearly 4 adults and 4 suitcases would not be acceptable. The staff then somehow located a jeep that apparently was just returned --which they gave us. I wish they had not!!! The jeep was clearly not inspected when it was returned. It was dirty and had issues. The first issue was that every 5 to 10 minutes an alarm would beep advising to "service" the air bag. That is a scary warning to see/hear when driving a family. That warning would then trigger the navigation screen to immediately advise that an emergency call could "not"go through. Clearly we were not making any emergency calls and that message was related to the air bag warning. The next day things got worse. After I had dropped my family off in Covington, I was driving the car in Conyers when the left front tire blew out. This was 2:40pm on Sunday March 30---having the car for less than 2 days of our 3 day rental. I then called enterprise support who called for a tow truck; advised me that given it would take 50 minutes, that I should leave the keys in the glovebox and they would call an Uber to take me to the Conyers Enterprise where I would get a replacement car. Here is where it gets even worse. First, enterprise gave the Uber driver the address of an Enterprise location that is no longer located there. I was left standing outside an abandoned facility. I again called enterprise support who proceeded to make me walk a 1/2 mile to where he said the Conyers enterprise was actually located. He directed me to a dentist office--I kid you not! So now he apologized and orders a second uber driver. I waited outside the dentist office for over 10 minutes for the uber driver to arrive. I finally got to the Conyers Enterprise between 3:45 and 4:00pm because of all the mistakes by Enterprise But did the Conyers Enterprise assist me? Not at all. Although they saw in there system that my rental was not drivable and was being towed, and I was sent to their facility to get a replacement, they would not give me one. They said they could not verify on their end that the car with the inoperable tire was yet towed. So they called someone to call a second tow company. Here is where the absurd becomes hysterical. Since the store was closing at 5:00pm and since it was 4:00pm and the tow was not going to be completed by 5;00pm, I was not going to get a replacement and had to leave by 5pm when they closed. Despite me pleading that I needed a replacement car to go pick up my family in Covington, the staff did not care at all. If fact, the gentleman I was working with showed distain and a complete lack of caring or empathy. Despite eating his pizza while talking to me, he refused to call anyone else at Enterprise to assist in getting me a car. He seemed to enjoy the fact that I was not going to get a replacement rental car. Having no options, I left the facility and had to arrange at my own cost to get my family and arranged transportation for the rest of my time from Sunday at 2:45pm to Monday at 8:00am I will be contesting the full costs of my rental and requesting compensation for my out of pocket transportation expenses This experience was utterly devastating from start to finish PG

However during my rental week I had my wallet stolen and a replacement sent out to me. Enterprise told me that I would not be able to extend my rental and that I had to return the vehicle because they were not able to charge my card without it physically present. Fast forward a week I received my new card and noticed that Enterprise had charged my old car for the previous rental week + the additional 2 days at a higher rate than the weekly charge. I feel this is unfair because the reason they would not let me extend my rental to receive another weekly rate and now have ended up paying more than a 2 week rental charge for only a week and 2 days. The manager was very unforgiving and argumentative, not willing to discount or allow for any compromise even though I came back to rent another car for an entire month.

There was a car they had with the same make in model but not year , I ask the manager/Owner Aaron Lane if he knew if the car was compatible with mine before purchasing because if there not I DONT want it. He assure me it was in said he looked it up himself When I arrived he insisted the car was compatible he EVEN HAD His mechanic come to reassure me it was compatible in that it would work !!!! NOT only did it not work !!! But I bought a fender that wasn't even compatible door handles that look like were glued a head light that's not compatible.. I told him later that day that these items were not matching up correctly he told me that he can see about about other items I might be interested in to switch out .. long story short he didn't say anything to me back after that not followed up or anything . I went there to only be able to switch out the wrong headlight for donut not even a tire or a rim ... I definitely don't have extra money to give out...

I told him I had 35 years of industrial automation engineering experience and could see this place is not your ordinary carwash, so he gave me the backstage tour. I will have to say I am totally impressed, this place is light years ahead of the competition when it comes to efficiency and design, there are no brushes are running 100 miles an hour beating on your your car, but new style soft neoprene rubber wipers, like used in wet suits,  gently rotating around the entire vehicle, double-crossing over the back and front. I watched several cars and truck go through and get pampered while coming out sparkling clean. I have used the other guys, and over the last 9 months I have had a mirror, a windshield wiper and a mud flap ripped off my truck. I can see that won't happen here. He has even custom designed the wheel cleaners to be able to handle the larger truck tires you typically find around here. You can see his passion and pride of a job well done, in his design. They use 1/10th the water of other carwashes, all reclaimed, filtered and efficiently recycled. Hal showed me their patented state-of-the-art energy monitoring and optimization system. Believe me, when I say, no expense was spared to make this place top-notch. Before going there, I had asked the guy down the street about the place when I was getting my oil changed, another customer spoke up and said "they are expensive", true they charge $2 more than the cookie-cutter franchise guy down the street, but a filet at Ruth's Chris steakhouse costs more that one at Applebee's but everyone understands why. Needless to say, I'm sold, I will be swapping over my monthly wash membership to these guys, even if it does cost me a few bucks extra.
