Everything from airport parking slot constraints, receipt printing situations, and super sizing vehicle logistics. She really punches above her weight in that I would highly recommend her for running a motor pool fleet of any consulate or embassy since she has seen virtually every foreseeable customer concern. We prepaid for our car reservation and had a traveler who brought more luggage than we originally estimated during a peak travel season. Thankfully we were able to find a car that accommodate the change. I witnessed Melissa keeping calm and professional when customers would raise issues outside of her control such as the age of the fleet or airport parking stall size constraints. Overall, I highly recommend this rental location. For best selection, I reserved and prepaid for a car a month in advance. I imagine there is a good reason why Avis appears to have the most stalls at this premium airport location...

I'm trying to get in touch with the Austin desk so I can pick up the vehicle that I'm paying for right now and use it today and it is impossible to get anyone at the desk. I am rerouted every time to the international call center. and the international call center says they cannot help me. I have to talk to the desk personnel about the charges and getting the vehicle back for today since I was charged for it all day until 7 p.m. Very disappointing service The car itself was great, new Honda Odyssey. Excellent for a road trip. Additionally, please note that the Austin airport is a disaster of traffic and rerouting and waiting to get gas at the Texaco. Had I not been stuck waiting to fill up the tank and delays being rerouted this wouldn't have been an issue at all even dealing with a grace period.

We got to the terminal an Sixt was still there so we rented from them... in the snow... late night. They tried to upsell us on cars for like 20 minutes but the gate agent was nice. We went to our car in the dark parking lot, in the snow, and the car looked fine. We drove the car once or twice over the week and did not have any accidents. We returned the car before they opened and parked it in a lot where they said and we never saw a person. 6 weeks later we got a message that we had damaged the wheel to the tune of $600. We did not damage the car, they will not tell us that they have repaired it and now they want to send it to collections because they seem to just do this. They have no proof we damaged the car but really we do not have any proof we did not because their parking lot is a snow covered mess! It's just fraud and they know for $600 we will probably just pay it and they will get away with it. Do not rent from this company. Once you google it you see that they do this all the time. I rent from National 3 times a month and have NEVER had any issue but as you can see from a quick Google this is standard practice for Sixt. Do not rent from this company!
