I'm trying to get in touch with the Austin desk so I can pick up the vehicle that I'm paying for right now and use it today and it is impossible to get anyone at the desk. I am rerouted every time to the international call center. and the international call center says they cannot help me. I have to talk to the desk personnel about the charges and getting the vehicle back for today since I was charged for it all day until 7 p.m. Very disappointing service The car itself was great, new Honda Odyssey. Excellent for a road trip. Additionally, please note that the Austin airport is a disaster of traffic and rerouting and waiting to get gas at the Texaco. We went to our car in the dark parking lot, in the snow, and the car looked fine. We drove the car once or twice over the week and did not have any accidents. We returned the car before they opened and parked it in a lot where they said and we never saw a person. 6 weeks later we got a message that we had damaged the wheel to the tune of $600. We did not damage the car, they will not tell us that they have repaired it and now they want to send it to collections because they seem to just do this. They have no proof we damaged the car but really we do not have any proof we did not because their parking lot is a snow covered mess! It's just fraud and they know for $600 we will probably just pay it and they will get away with it. Do not rent from this company. Once you google it you see that they do this all the time. I rent from National 3 times a month and have NEVER had any issue but as you can see from a quick Google this is standard practice for Sixt. Do not rent from this company!

It was in the fine print, but who reads that. if there's is any alternative possible, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!
