Problem? Service and the fact that the 2 rentals we did with hertz resulted in overcharges for preexisting damage. Cars were handed in with minimum usage and in the exact same conditions (one of them was picked up in the morning and returned that same evening, the other was kept for 2 nights). We got insurance through a third party and they are just looking to squeeze us for more money. Greedy company. Dont do business with them. read more
