I reserved an Audi A3 at the Munich airport. They were supposed to give and Audi A3 or similar car and I received a Skoda that was extremely unsafe and was nowhere close to the car I paid for. This car felt unstable on the road, it was shaking when I slowed down and it was also shaking when I drove it faster than 110 km/h. I had to drive it in heavy rain and had to go very slow to avoid putting my family at risk. The car seats were also very uncomfortable. I called the company and they said they would get back to me but they never did. With the car, I also rented a navigation system. I was given a TomTom GPS navigator that did not always work, had maps that were 59 months old, and got us lost in several occasions. I have pictures of the GPS displaying a warning message to update the 59 year-old maps. I also have a video of me and my family getting lost in the german countryside and the GPS not knowing where we are. We had to buy a map and give up on the TomTom, wasting a lot of time. When I returned the car nobody was willing to help me. This was without any doubts my worst rental car and customer service experience. read more
