Horrible. I was quoted a price in American dollars but when I returned the car, Hertz charged me that price in Euros. When I returned home, Hertz customer service confirmed that the price was in dollars. When my credit card was charged that price in Euros, I called Hertz again and this time, Hertz told me that the Hertz person I spoke with yesterday was mistaken because "they always quote in Euros." When I said that I was staring at the quote in dollars, the Hertz person told me to e-mail customer service and see if they were willing to do what I was trying to "get them to do."
