Although the visit went well as they went through the house, 2 weeks later, after several texts and emails, I still have no answer whether they want to handle the sale or not. Our family has used Heirloom Estate Sales twice, and both times they went above and beyond our…read moreexpectations. Before the sales, they came in and somehow created order out of all the chaos of houses packed with stuff! Every single item was priced, and they even researched unique items so they knew the value of them. They then created hype with their advertising and even reached out to their network of contacts to let them know of any specialty items we were selling. The sales were conducted with the utmost professionalism and respect for our family homes. For the second sale, we chose the option of having them clear out the property of anything that didn't sell. They were incredibly fast with this, which was key since we needed to get the house ready to sell. They are hardworking and trustworthy. I cannot express how much peace of mind Heirloom Estate Sales has given our family.

They displaced me for almost two months, and refused to repair the water damage done to frozen pipes (which they should have fixed well before I moved in, or at the very least after the first winter when I reported frozen pipes not once, but twice) in a timely fashion. In addition, the property manager was late getting me my security deposit refund, making up extra hoops I needed to jump through that were not in the lease. She also did not give me my full deposit, which she had previously said (in writing) she would give me, nor did she provide me an invoice for the "cleaning" that had to be done. This company is complete and utter rubbish, and I would strongly advise not using them to seek housing.
