First he demanded $200 cash only to discuss then $300 more to proceed and asked who I dealt with at BOA. After I told him, he said, "I don't want to help you can you can't have your money back." I had given him substantial evidence of a credit balance of several thousand dollars with the bank that was trying to extort money from me. He could have said he wasn't interested on the phone, but apparently saw this as a good way to rip off a senior citizen and kiss ass to the bank. I gave him one star only because lower is not offered. Avoid this law firm in Palm Coast like the plague. I also left comments with the same firm that might even have a Chiumento in residence and got no response.

ABSOLUTELY the best move I could have made. Personally dealing with him let me see first hand how extremely knowledgable he is. Extremely rare these days.

I can't say enough good things about Jarett dePaula and his team at Aaron Delgado & Associates…read more We were dealing with a pretty stressful legal situation late last year, and from day one, Jarett and his paralegal Leah were on it -- responsive, knowledgeable, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They handled everything quickly and efficiently, and somehow made a situation that could've been a total nightmare feel a lot more manageable. What really impressed me, though, was what happened after our case was already closed. I reached back out recently with a question and asked if Jarett could help make a call on my behalf -- fully expecting it to be a long shot. Instead, he just... did it. Same day. And followed up to let me know exactly how it went. That kind of follow-through is rare, and honestly, it says a lot about how they treat people. Leah was also fantastic the entire time -- communicative, kind, and just really easy to work with. Shortly after arriving in Sanford Airport in Florida on…read moreAugust 12, 2022, my sister and I were involved in a very serious head-on car collision. An Uber driver ran a red light at a main intersection hitting the front passenger side of my sister's SUV. We saw the oncoming vehicle only seconds before impact and we had no time to avoid this horrific accident. The only person at the accident who was conscious or capable of answering questions was the Uber driver and as a result the police report reflected ONLY the statement of the Uber driver who lied about the crash he caused. I had no intention of securing an attorney, knowing my sister was not at fault. However, once I saw the police report, I realized I would need to get an attorney, fast. I needed to return home to Connecticut but needed to find an attorney from Florida before leaving.. Unfortunately, I selected William Chanfrau, Jr.; a rude, arrogant, dishonest, and unprofessional lawyer. He made promises he did not keep, refused to accept my recollection of the accident, and treated me with little to no respect. I could not work with this man! Eventually I went to another attorney with whom I was able to establish a respectful rapport. I was grateful to be listened to, trusted, and cared for. He was with a large, well know legal firm, but he took such good care of me for which I am so grateful. I would be remiss if I did not share my review of Chanfrau as no one, especially someone who has been badly injured and is frightened for their future. His staff was lovely. He was horrible.
