I paid for 220 minute segments in advance and waited and waited and waited. The man ahead of me said he would only be a minute he had a 20 minute consultation but he ended up staying an hour so therefore my appointment was not honored. I must also add that I am blind and I have to run and you serve are you a Uber or one of these ride programs in order to get around being blind. I had a ride scheduled for exactly an hour after my appointment would have begun which was more than enough time saying that I had 40 minutes of appointment scheduled. So since that man took an entire hour for his appointment and my ride was almost there was an route to pick me up from mine I couldn't stay any longer and had to leave so I also encourage the expense of this transport to even get there and back to my home as well as perhaps even losing the $40 I paid in advance for this appointment. So far I have requested refunds through emails I will call the office on Monday and see how that goes but I don't recommend this company because a poor time management I just can't see how you can stay in business with this kind of operation like this without being organized. That man should've been told I'm sorry your time is up we have another appointment now you will have to come back or arrange a phone call with him to complete his business and stead of making me wait an hour and missing my own appointment. Its has now been 2 years later, after her making multiple mistakes on forms and them getting sent back, her not sending the forms out quick enough so they got modified by the government and were no longer valid forms because she took to long to mail them out and for the cherry on top when it was time to go to my interview the application for the interview was filled out with my wife's name and not mine. When my wife and I noticed the mistake and pointed out to her she began to call us disrespectful and that WE should of caught the mistake after we paid her specifically to fill out and file those forms because we didn't know how. It was what she was paid to do and failed to do so correctly multiple times and blamed us for the issue. She then proceeded to say I'm threatening her because I told her I'm going to let people know how she does business. She then blocked my cell phone and proceeded to try and get me arrested for "threatening her" when all I said was people need to know that you don't do business correctly. So now its 2 years later my family and I are out the money and we are still on square one after all that time and money.
