Calls and emails were consistently ignored, and communication throughout the entire process was terrible. Despite always responding promptly and providing every requested document the same day it was requested, we were repeatedly left without updates or answers. After four months of unanswered emails, unreturned phone calls, and no meaningful progress, I finally decided to hire another law firm to handle the matter. What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of assistance or response directly from Mr. Olsen to rectify the situation. I am highly disappointed by the level of unprofessionalism displayed by this law group during such a difficult and stressful time for our family. For your own sanity and peace of mind, I would strongly recommend steering clear of Olsen Law Group.

I called and had a consultation by phone with Mr Upchurch. He was personable and knowledgeable. My case was particularly complicated because I had a missing relative who was entitled to half the estate, and she didn't leave a will. Despite these hurdles, Upchurch was able to handle my case, and his assistant Crystal was extremely helpful every step of the way. We were able to get everything settled by phone and email.
