You have to have rocks in your head if you give this attorney any of your business. At least you can't say you weren't warned - twice! Avoid this one at all costs.

A complaint what's filed with the bar and it amounts it to nothing. Apparently they all cover each other's asses. Stay away from this attorney if you want someone fair and that stays within the law. We should have known better than to hire someone next door to one of the beneficiaries. They apparently had some sort of relationship or agreement going on as none of us lived in New Smyrna Beach but one of the beneficiaries. Hard lesson learned but families your worst nightmare when it comes to someone dying with a few bucks. To reiterate stay away from this attorney group. When asked about the $30,000 Mr Bailey's responses you might as well walk away. What a crap experience karma is a b****.
