Veterans United referred this agency to us and I got paired with Melinda Richardson, and I will be…read moreforever thankful for that. I cannot list all of the reasons why she is amazing since Yelp has a word limit but I'll try... I flew down from out of state to start house hunting, and somehow in the stress of everything, failed to notice that it was Memorial Day weekend. She bent over backwards getting viewings, scheduling last minute viewings so my time didn't feel like it was wasted, she even missed her holiday festivities so she could drive around the city trying to help me find a home. She also coordinated EVERYTHING to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. She communicated with my lenders, the title company, the sellers people, and most importantly: ME! If she found out ANYTHING, she let me know. As the professional in our relationship, she knew what needed to get done and she did it and kept me, the person who was stressed and scared and trying to handle moving my family to a new state in the loop and feeling confident that nothing was falling through the cracks. I did NOT have the same experience with the house we were selling in our old state and she even was able to walk me through what we needed to do and ask to keep everything on track up there. Her help was invaluable and I 110% believe this process would not have gone as smoothly and my sanity would not have remained intact without her help. I cannot recommend Melinda enough. Her professionalism, her commitment, her knowledge, and her willingness to help when she could even with my house 600 miles away from her. If you are house hunting, I highly recommend giving her a call! I will never recommend another agent, she has been a life and sanity saver.

We agreed to terms on a Wednesday night, the next day Angie & her crew came in & cleaned -- deep cleaned the house, my neighbor said they were there ALL day. Why did Angie clean on Thursday? because beginning on Friday she held an Open House scheduled for Fri/Sat/Sun .... well we never held Sunday's Open House because we accepted an offer over asking on Saturday. While I agree that in some market environments just about anyone can sell a house .... but if you want someone who is AMAZING at communication, willing to get dirty & scrub floors, realistic on value and have the personality & knowledge along with the contacts -- choose Angie !!! She will SELL your home. BIG Time Thank You to Angie & her staff !!!
