Probate, high quality and excellent value…read more My mother unexpectedly died last year. Time mattered: we had an impending offer on her home and suddenly we needed to get our ducks in a row. Another lawyer stalled and predicted problems, but Adam Czaya took my call, explained in clear terms what was needed and promptly put things in order which cleared the sale. Though I'm a lawyer myself, I knew nothing about Florida probate law; Adam and the firm were terrific, doing only what was necessary, explaining every step of the way. We did not lose the house sale. His bill was entirely reasonable. Six months later, a surprise asset surfaced - again, Adam was there for us, handling it efficiently, professionally all at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Adam Czaya and his firm.

I had a very complicated situation with my home, a divorce, and a bankruptcy. I was worried that I was going to be out in the street because of some underhanded activities by my ex. I had no idea where to turn to resolve the issues and started to google attorney options. Of all the attorneys that I called, Justin was the only one who said they would be willing to help. He spent the better part of an hour explaining to me what my rights were and how everything worked. He let me ask every question that I had, and answered patiently and thoroughly. He made it easy to access his expertise, you simply had to type in your contact information on the website and schedule a time with him. He called exactly as scheduled. At the close of the call, I wanted to cry, I will not lose my home and I now know exactly what I need to do to protect myself and maintain a roof over my head. Justin charged me absolutely nothing for this consultation. Zero. You can be sure that if I need further services, I will absolutely call on Justin. I would, without hesitation, recommend him to anyone who needs help with a realestate or bankruptcy matter.
