They are quite clear about what you need to do, and are very responsive if you happen to have any questions. Their knowledge of the law is great, and they managed to handle any issues that arose. I would highly recommend them, especially if you are out of state and need a good firm to handle an estate. Sue and Jon Dean are excellent, and their Paralegal Lisa is superb. I wish them continued success and hope others can have the same experience I had with them.

I am so delighted that I get to post one of the first reviews for Mr. Camp. My aunt and I were in…read moreneed of a lawyer to help get her will in order and I found Mr. Camp here on Yelp. I made an appointment, drove up to Ocala and we met with Mr. Camp to go over what she was needing to have done. We both found him to be professional and knowledgeable. His relaxed demeanor and easy going approach made it easy for us to ask the questions we had been pondering. He explained everything in such a way that we were able to understand and follow. Having to sit down and talk about these issues is very uncomfortable, granted, it needs to be done... but it's never easy. Mr. Camp made it easy. My aunt was so happy and relieved when we left the office, it's a huge burden lifted knowing that her affairs are in order. On a personal note, my aunt and I both noted that Mr. Camp was very vocal about the fact that my aunt was his client and that at any point she needed, I would have to leave the room so they could confer (not that my aunt needed me to), but we both appreciated the way it was clear that he was looking out for HER. We also asked some questions that had come up between ourselves regarding her home and title and he said quite clearly that he would not find some things to be in his client's best interest, and we both understood why (bad eggs can take advantage and he was looking out for HER). I mention this to you, dear Yelp reader, in case you are in need of a lawyer to help someone you truly love and care about with their estate planning. Should you be reading this review because you are thinking about doing your Will... it's a hard subject, but one of the smartest things you can do. You never know when your time here is done, so it's never too early to plan and have things in order to save your loved ones a lot of hassle and stress. But once it is done, you'll be glad you did it. I hope you find Mr. Camp to be as helpful as we did.

Another lawyer stalled and predicted problems, but Adam Czaya took my call, explained in clear terms what was needed and promptly put things in order which cleared the sale. Though I'm a lawyer myself, I knew nothing about Florida probate law; Adam and the firm were terrific, doing only what was necessary, explaining every step of the way. We did not lose the house sale. His bill was entirely reasonable. Six months later, a surprise asset surfaced - again, Adam was there for us, handling it efficiently, professionally all at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Adam Czaya and his firm.
