This company has the wrong person answering the phone (Theresa) just wow - as a negative first…read moreimpression to the public. I just called to request a consultation to discuss filing my taxes this year due to the Marketplace forms, and the older woman that I spoke with was unbelievably unprofessional in the roundabout condescending southern way, she approached advising me that from February to April they have no time available for any new clients. She suggested I drop off all of my tax papers (laugh now) and I told her I would never do that without an initial consultation to make sure that I trust the CPA (who I've never even met). She then implied that I was looking for a free consultation and that if they found an appointment, there would be a $500 hourly consultation fee. I consider an initial consultation, an interview to decide if I want to hire THEM, not a meeting with Jesus to wash his feet. I informed her I was not happy with the unprofessional way that she was speaking to me and I had made a gross mistake by reaching out to them and thanked her for her time. I wasn't looking for a free ride, nor do I need one. I felt insulted from the minute she picked up the phone! The Orange City office obviously doesn't need ANY new business, because if they did, they would treat new customers more professionally and with more appreciation for their future income providing business. Client Service (my career background) starts at first hello and carries through the tenure of a partnership. Kill switch thrown - now I know why their online reviews reflect lack of response. They don't need my business and won't ever have it.

This company did Nothing over six months. Greg LeFils reviewed my issue in September and said he…read morewas confident the IRS assessment was too high and he could help. Instead, LeFils did nothing other than a short letter he claims was sent by first-class mail to the IRS in December. He did not do any type of followup afterward. Received another IRS certified letter in February saying we haven't heard from you, pay-up or we'll levy -- still LeFils does nothing whatsoever. No response to, or even acknowledgment of, my emails and phone messages requesting updates. Now it's April, I hand-delivered yet another IRS certified letter to his Orange City office. I asked LeFils why nothing had been done since December. He responded with a loud, desk-pounding tirade about the IRS and past clients, asking "what do you want from me". (Huh?!) Then he suddenly stood up glaring and said "you know, here's what I can do for you" and handed my thin, unworked file to me. Six months wasted with this guy. My IRS problem has gotten worse because of his inaction. Unprofessionalism Unresponsive No Quality
