Dr. Kasch appears to be very kind and genuinely cares about his patients and their outcomes. Explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it and the reasons that previous treatments have failed. Price for service was extremely reasonable. I'm not able to use my insurance, but I honestly don't care. I've been dealing with this issue and multiple failed attempts for about 6 years now, so results are the only thing that really matter and he is making that happen. On top of all that, he sent me a text to check on me the next day (a Saturday mind you) to make sure that things were progressing as expected. Where have you been all my life? She immediately made me feel like she cared about me and had my best interests at heart. I just had my first mohs surgery with her and it went way better than I anticipated. The surgery was extremely quick and relatively painless. There was a very short time to wait while the tissue sample was being examined which is a huge positive with mohs surgery. She did an amazing job with the closure and the stitches were done beautifully. After the procedure, I received a phone call check on me. Even though I have several more mohs surgeries needed, I finally feel at peace knowing that I can fully put my trust in Dr. Willey.
