The decor is humble much like the food which is cooked simply over a flamed grill. Simple is best when it comes to cooking chicken and these guys do it right. The prices are very reasonable and the food ranges from a peri peri chicken Caesar salad to lamb chops to burgers an falafel. The fries are good with a nice spice on them and there are other sides such as grilled corn on the cob, hummus ( very good and you should order an extra pita bread) or chicken wings. They are one of the few places to do a loyalty card on the Isle of Man so every ten meals you get one free. Believe me its easy to rack up a free chicken as once you go there you will go again! If you are in a rush and call them you can preorder your lunch so it is ready when you arrive. The staff are friendly and happy to have a chat with you. If something is not right or you need something then just ask them and they will do it if they can. Definitely worth a visit when you come to the isle of man.

Located in Strand Street and very close to the main bus station, it's even more popular in TT week and serves out good value meals if you're in a hurry! Burgers FTW for me though and I used to love the independent Griddles that was here before so damn you KFC, why did you have to close Griddles down ;-)

Everything was delicious and super flavorful (we were missing having spices in our food after a month of English/Irish food during our travels). We sat upstairs where it was quiet and pleasant. Our waitress was super sweet and attentive, even though it required her to run up the stairs all evening. The decor was lovely. The complimentary rice puffs were a nice touch. We definitely finished off with ice cream. My boyfriend got fried ice cream, but it wasn't at all like the kind he is used to in the US. It was still good, he was just confused, haha. Our bellies were full and happy afterward. We would absolutely come back if we find ourselves on Isle of Man again. The only thing I didn't like was the bottomless tea. I got so excited that I could have plenty of tea with my meal, but it was basically hot water with a few leaves thrown in. Service is woeful, they have card machines that never work and takes forever to get served but this evening took the biscuit. So I rock up via drive through they take my order and of course dont tell me the card machine does not work. I go to the window ask to pay by card to be told its out of order so I said you should have told me and I cant pay now. They proceeded to argue with me saying there was a sign. I then told them there was no sign only a piece of paper that had been ripped off and to keep there food and drove away. Worst experience ever!! Officially over kfc will never go back. KFC definately dont do modern technology or any technology come to think of it!
