I'm pretty disappointed with our experience here. Before scheduling the appointment, we clearly…read moretold the clinic that we needed clearance/recommendation to see a dog chiropractor for our dog. When we got to the appointment, the vet told us she wouldn't provide that because of her personal morals. I respect that veterinarians can have their own opinions, but it would have been really helpful if the clinic had told us that upfront before we booked and paid for the visit. Because of that, the appointment ended up feeling like a waste of time. Instead, the vet recommended several medications. We may consider that route eventually, but we were hoping to try a more holistic approach first and simply needed the clearance we had asked about ahead of time. To make matters worse, while we were waiting in the exam room there were two large fleas crawling around. Seeing fleas in the room at a veterinary clinic was pretty concerning. Overall, the lack of transparency beforehand and the cleanliness issues made this a frustrating experience.

I'd like to give this place 0 stars if I was able, don't take your pet here…read more I took my mom's dog here last weekend and had the worst experience I've ever had a vet - no help, no actual explanation and horrible wait time. I waited over an hour to get seen when we had an appointment. Our dog passed away today and I think they could've done a much better job in supporting us. I paid $900 to get an xray done and to see why my dog was vomiting - they said they only saw gas in her stomach but she had stuffed animal stuffing and part of a toy in her stomach - please explain to me how I paid $900 for an xray and none of this was seen...?! Are you joking your xray machine couldn't see this in her stomach? What was the point of the xray? Truly an absolute terrible experience and think if they did a better job of supporting us then we would have been able to save our dogs life. Please don't come here. I will forever regret giving this place my money and the opportunity to try and save our family pet. I can't remember the Dr's name but Dr F - their new Dr - absolutely terrible service and also extremely rude over the phone to me during a traumatic experience on my mom's birthday no less. Update * Called the office manager and was told the DR is having personal issues at this time, probably explains the terrible service we received and the neglect of our dog which led to her death.

We came here under an emergency for our dog who has a seizure and the team treated us very well…read more Showing up at midnight on a Tuesday, it seemed like we brought the rush in with us because the lobby filled up quickly after. You never know when this place is busy or not but they do a good job to get your animals taken in. The tech quickly took our pup and assessed him. They stabilized him, let us go back to see him and also meet with the evening Vet within a few hours. I was surprised at how young the Veterinarians are but was impressed by their bedside manner with all of our questions, talk through options calmly and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision on any of the options. You can tell the day shift and the night shift communicate and coordinate well with eachother. That's hard to find across shifts with our industries/companies but I was impressed that they made it a nice transition between doctors. Highly recommend taking your animals here for the evening or weekend emergencies.

Saw our regular vet in Bonita (if you know you know) and they didn't diagnose our cat properly. Had…read moreto rush him to the ER at 1am on a weekday. We were seen immediately, and they were able to save my cat's life. They were able to support me and reassure me in a moment of distress. They explained my cat's condition (first time pet owner) throughly, and went over how long my cat would be staying + treatment. They were extremely professional. Was it expensive? Of course. Did I expect that? Of course. Did I have insurance? No. In my personal opinion, I should've been more prepared, so I'm not going to dock a star for the cost. Just know that going to any ER clinic, animal or human. If I could choose these DVMs as my regular vet, I would in a heartbeat! Pic of my cat for reference:)
