It has taken me a couple months to leave this review. I was too emotional and heartbroken. Now that I have peace and acceptance I can move forward with sharing. This is specific to Dr. Sinopoli and her team. God placed the right people in my path to see my Einstein through his transition. I remember the exact moment when I saw my little guy's condition change. When you are one with your fur baby, you just know. Our visits to the vet were more frequent and there were no real answers. We monitored... I was so desperate for answers I blessed by being assigned to Dr.Sinopoli. She made recommendations we put into action. Although we did our best it was evident there was a decision to be made. She provided me with options. Never once did she persuade me one way or the other. We looked into oncology/surgery and pet hospice (Lap of Love) . I did my due diligence for my Einstein. It was the hardest decision and the most heart wrenching experience to have to send my Joy, my companion, my reason, my Einstein over the rainbow bridge. On 26 June 2025 Otay Vets drew blood for a FAVN rabies test on our 10-year-old dog for Australia import. We have been told the test is invalid because the DVM who drew the sample was not USDA-accredited this resets the required 180-day wait and risks Stevie never returning. We have attached invoice and lab report. When I first started taking my dog here as a pup in 2013, Otay Pet Vets was a wonderful practice.  Dr. Anderson was the vet we saw every time.  We loved Dr. Anderson.  He was honest, trustworthy, compassionate and a very experienced and knowledgeable vet.  He would let us know when charges or procedures were unnecessary.  We trusted him completely.  Otay Pet Vets has changed quite a bit over the years.  Now, there are several Vets and it does not feel personal at all.  There are a couple of good Vets and Vet techs we've encountered over the years but Dr. Anderson has been semi retired the past few years and completely retired by 2025 so it was very hard to schedule him. My last encounter in 2025 year was just terrible. I'm finally able talk about it. My 13 yr old yorkie needed a teeth cleaning.  She had cleanings done over the years and I also brushed her teeth faithfully.  The last visit February 2025 I was told she should have teeth pulled.  The tech said it would make her feel better as there was oral decay and gum disease. The tech told me she needed to remove several teeth but that a few were loose and ready to fall out so she would just have to charge me for larger, rooted in canines.  She ended up charging me over $3000.00, for her tiny little teeth that were falling out. I could not even ask the vet tech about it because I was told to pick my dog up at 6pm and she had gone home.   Before leaving, I explained that this wasn't right to Steve, the office/financial manager. He took off a tiny amount, about 5% of the total charge.  I told him I would speak to my husband and call him back later as my tiny 6 lb yorkie had been through enough having so many teeth pulled and looking miserable after this experience.  I paid and wanted to get her home. A few days later I called to make an appointment because my dog was looking lethargic and not eating.  The vet recommended soft foods and checked Bella's tiny mouth.  She recommended medicine which I purchased for her tummy.  My poor tiny dog did not do well in the following days.  She was weak...the oral surgery and removal of all those teeth were just too much for her at 13.5 years and barely over 6 lbs.  The vet tech told me I should have all those teeth pulled.  I'm so upset I listened to her.  My dog passed a few weeks after the oral surgery. When I called to let them know and again that the oral surgery was way more costly than they said it would be, the office (financial) manager "Steve" took a hard line with me.  He was not compassionate at all and made insensitive comments.  He even laughed over the phone at me when I told him the 5% was not much and I obviously wouldn't invest over $3000 in my dogs teeth if I thought she was not going to live. They should have told me that procedure would be too much for my senior dog and her size.  He did not budge.  He said things like "well people here spend a lot more than that on their pets".  I told him that I'm not talking about a complicated surgery with a VET.  I'm talking about a teeth cleaning and removing tiny loose teeth that are the size of pebbles from a VET TECH. I called later to find that Otay Pet Vets is owned by a CORPORATION.  It's not a nice vet office run by Dr. Anderson.  It is a greedy money grabbing business.  An unfeeling, uncompassionate money manager that cares only about his bottom line. When my grown daughter saw how our precious family dog suffered and saw how terrible I was treated after our dog passed, she no longer takes her young Lab there. I will never recommend this vet practice to anyone I know due to this heartless money grabbing insensitive financial manager. read more

My fault for not planning ahead and noticing the closure prior to leaving my home (I've never done that - but that is certainly not their fault) I called Otay Pet Vets immediately to tell them I was delayed, on my way & my arrival showed around 9:40. They said that was all good and noted my delay.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I parked at 9:39, got my dog in her harness and walked in. My phone showed 9:40 as I was opening the door. I walked up to check in. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The gal at the desk said "since you are late, let me check if the doctor can still see you today." She said her clock showed 9:41 when she looked at it and they have a strict 10 minute policy (which I totally respect - that's why I called and informed them of my delay). She went back to the doctor, came out at 9:43 and said I missed my appointment and would have to be rescheduled.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I asked if she is the one who fielded my call, she said no. I told and showed her that I had called on my call log. She went back to the vet again with that information. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They doubled down and said I missed my appointment and they could see me at 10:30 (nice, but 45 mins later?).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She said if she had looked at her clock and it reflected 9:40 it would have been fine. Are we serious? Actually? Sitting in the lobby for the next 30 mins (literally)- not a single patient came in. Just sat there with my dog awkwardly waiting because of my sins. TERRIBLE experience here. We are devastated our bunny passed away a few hours after getting spayed here on Tuesday. I went to this vet because I was trying to find a closer and more reasonably priced location than our previous one. The exotic animal Dr seemed knowledgeable at initial appt, so we booked her spay. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Dr had directed no fast, yet the appt text reminder sent the day before said to fast (incorrect when dealing with rabbits). When I called to verify what the Dr directed, I was told the tech that sent it didn't know Chiquis was a rabbit. How do you not verify what species the patient is so you can send accurate info?[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I picked up my fur baby, I had questions regarding the invoice and asked to speak to someone. The tech adjusted my account (it was extra anesthesia) before even meeting with me to hear my concerns. [[HIGHLIGHT]]But the main issue is I received conflicting information from staff regarding the treatment my bunny received while recovering at the clinic.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The Dr was not present at the discharge, a tech handled it. I asked how soon my bunny should be eating and pooping. The tech first said 24-36 hours, but corrected herself saying that's for cats and dogs. It changed to if not eating by tomorrow morning, return to clinic. As for pooping, she said soon.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Thankfully the written aftercare instructions said my bunny should be pooping normally that evening or by next day and if not, to return. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also asked if she had already eaten. The tech said the Dr offered her food but she wasn't interested. Again, the instructions on the paper stated offer food/water, if not eating by the next day, return.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After reviewing the rest of the form (medicine dosage, activity restriction, follow-up) the tech brought me my fur baby. She asked if I was missing a water bottle and I said yes. She left and returned with the bottle, stating she thought it was their's and that it was empty so she (Chiquis) must have drank it all. (How long was her bottle left empty and who was monitoring)? My bunny didn't move much when we got home. She drank a little and took a nibble of kale but that was it. I kept her warm, monitored regularly, kept her food/water right by her for easy access, but there was no urinating or pooping either. Sadly, she passed away during the night. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I returned the next morning to speak with the Dr but she wasn't in yet. Hours later she called and told me Chiquis had been syringe fed, pooped and peed while at the clinic, and that the only issue was her blood pressure was low at one point during the procedure.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]NONE OF THIS WAS MENTIONED when I picked her up, nor was it mentioned in the aftercare instructions. That was critical information I should have been told at discharge, especially since I specifically asked if she ate and when should she poop![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Considering bunnies have sensitive digestive tracts, why would you not tell me she was syringe fed. The tech didn't bother to mention it when I asked, nor did the Dr include that syringe feeding took place and failed to provide dosage and frequency instructions on the aftercare to continue at home. I honestly don't know if she was fed or not. Did the tech not think that was important to to tell me? And why wouldn't the Dr include that on aftercare? Either way, this office is not trustworthy. Of course Dr. Murillo is going to say everything was fine while Chiquis was there, but she messed up by telling me she syringe fed her, as it was not mentioned it occurred or how much/often to continue on the instructions I was sent home with at discharge. Or better yet, provide species specific forms. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The manager did reach out but I unfortunately missed his call and am waiting to speak with him.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Save yourself the heartache and avoid this place. There is a major lack of transparency. Chiquis was a happy, healthy little bun before going here and my family and I will miss her dearly. I should have stayed with our original clinic. read more

I have been coming here for years and I have to say my experiences have been mixed. The worst experience I've had was when they weren't having the customers check in inside. This was terrible. You would call to check in and it could be an hour until your called just to find out that the receptionist never informed the tech that you had arrived on time. This happened to me several times and the tech was super apologetic. Now that we can sit inside when we check in, the process is much more quicker. The clinical staff are always friendly and informative, it's the front desk that can be hit or miss. I'm hoping they don't go back to calling in when you check in because the process was severely flawed. read more

In 2018, I took my Sadie in for a dental cleaning. Dr. Urbina was the doctor seeing her. Something went wrong during the process and my dog's trachea collapsed. I had no idea what was going on. We took her back in after a couple of days because she couldn't eat anything. Urbina recommended the Pet Emergency Center. Sadie saw a specialist and I was informed that Sadie needed balloon dilations to reopen the passageway. The numerous procedures cost us over $10,000. I have always appreciated Dr. Anderson and Sadie always met with him. But, when he started expanding his business and brought new doctors, all went wrong. My husband and I went back to speak to Dr. A and he refunded us the dental cleaning and labs, but would not refund us the money for the emergency hospital visits. I never wrote about what happened because this was very traumatizing for me. By Sadie lost a lot of weight, had to get a feeding tube, and was wearing diapers from a UTI she got from the steroids. What is worse, my sister had just passed away from cancer earlier that year and she was under my care. I also had to feed her through a feeding tube and change her diapers. I cannot begin to tell you how traumatizing this was. To this day, Sadie can no longer eat anything solid otherwise she chokes and vomits. We have to blend all her food. I'm sorry Dr. Anderson, but this happened under your watch. read more

We have been coming here since 2020. We moved from a great vet when we relocated to the Otay Ranch neighborhood. First off, they prescribe more veterinary work than necessary. My dog needed a dental cleaning. They said some teeth needed removed. I agreed since I trusted them as professionals. I can't clean or brush our dogs teeth since they won't let us. The next year, the same except they said all of her teeth had to be removed. And they broke her jaw and had to repair it. Now my dog's tongue hangs out of her mouth like a dork. They are trying to do the same to my second dog. Second, their staff is terrible at keeping records. They lose them and then tell you to get it again. The dog only needs vaxxed every year or so. Not every few months. I showed them the receipt and they apologized and added it into their database. They can't bill without the treatment. I wonder who is deleting records to bill unnecessary treatments? We're going to try another vet. Three years of this is enough. read more

This is my first and probably only review on yelp. About a year ago (right around Christmas), we took our bullmastiff to this place (because it was close to our home). We were expecting to have him put down. I had to carry him in to the clinic because he couldn't walk anymore. Our dog had big mouth tumors and was 7 years old. The vet said he was fine and just needed some pain meds and an antibiotic. My wife and I looked at each other in disbelief. Almost like "someone was back from the dead" disbelief. It was a heavy bill. If not 2,000.00, then really close to that. I would have spent double that if that was the cure to his issues. We had our dog for another couple days and he was just not getting better. I had to carry him outside for him to go to the bathroom and he would just go on himself. We brought him back to the otay vet clinic and another doctor told us he needed to be put down. One of the hardest days of our family's life. I felt like a fool and toyed with. My wife called the manager a couple days after to try and recover from the cost and didn't get anywhere. When other reviews state they are trying to make a buck off of you, they ARE NOT kidding. We loved Otay Pet Vet back when they first started out. Back then they actually seemed to really care about their customers and their pets. Now they have tons of staff and are all about how much money they can make. You go in there for something simple and they'll bring you an estimate of charges like your buying a damn car... almost 80% of it is always completely unnecessary. We've had many disappointing issues with them, but this is what really was the worst. I took one of my dogs there when she was just a puppy... not even 10 months old yet. The vet said she needed 2 teeth pulled and a cleaning. I thought that was weird because she was still so young. Her new canine teeth were growing in but her baby ones were still there so they wanted to pull them out. They quoted me "dental cleaning" deal they were having at the time. I reluctantly agreed because she made me think my dog would die of dental disease if I didn't let them clean her teeth and pull her extra pair of canines out asap. They were her baby teeth and I'm sure would have fallen out on there own now looking back. Long story short... went to pick her up after they had her all day for a cleaning and to get those 2 teeth pulled, and the dingus vet decided to take it upon herself to pull out 6 teeth without even checking with me first! She was a 3 lb dog! Not even 1 yet! She looked like she was dying when I picked her up. To say I was pissed was an understatement. They tried to charge me nearly $2500 for crap that I didn't even approve and let alone the fact that my tiny dog could have died from so much traumatic work done to her. I fought it and paid a quarter of the charge. Turned out they also had duplicated charges on the bill as well as they did work that was not authorized by me! My dog was in so much pain for over a week. It was awful. We stupidly still stuck around for a couple more years after that - mainly just because they are located near our home. I know... dumb! But after being overcharged so many times and not being treated like they even cared about our pets OR our satisfaction anymore... we decided we are out! Also - I've had several situations where I've called to get an urgent appt for one of my pets and they couldn't fit me in at all for over a week. They will just tell you to go to the ER vet office... that they can't "fit you in"... No help at all. They also love to screw up your appointment times. You show up right on time only to find out the receptionist never put your appt in the computer. Lovely. It used to be a nice place to take your pets. They really seemed to care back in the day. To keep repeating the same thing and expecting different results = crazy After receiving a few email reminders, I called on Sunday to make an appointment to have my dog given a Bordetella Intranasal vaccination. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. I arrived on time and was asked to wait in an exam room. A few minutes later, I was told the person who made my appointment had erred and did not advise me that my dog also needed an annual exam in order to get the vaccine. I was ok with the exam but was told that I had to make another appointment as there would be an additional $40 charge to have the exam done today. WTF? Their mistake! The clerk said she could not change the policy nor did she bother to check with someone who may have been able to waive the additional charge. Why don't they send a reminder that an annual exam is also needed. This is my second negative review about this business. I think it is time to look elsewhere for my dogs' care. Otay Pet Vets impressed me this time with good customer service for me and my dog Bruno. Two employees especially, Melissa and Christopher, were rockstars in my book. With an appointment during Covid-19. Otay Pet Vets was very well organized to continue doing business during this pandemic. Following, what I thought, were great safety measures. We communicated the whole time by phone while I sat in their parking lot in my car. I didn't have to leave my car once to enter the veterinary office. Melissa, one of the vet assistants, came out to me. Took my dog Bruno and brought Bruno back when he was done. The vet visit itself was to get my dog's shot record up to date and to have him checked out for an irregular cough. The whole visit went as best as it could. Again, I believe in second chances. So glad I came back. Dr. Anderson is a great veterinarian. His staff did a excellent job. Thank you Melissa and Christopher. You guys were very patient with me and my dog Bruno. Today my rescue baby had his teeth cleaned for the first time. Since I'm not sure of his age, I didn't know what to expect. I was nervous. He was nervous. Haha. And all I could see were dollar signs and worry. But...I forgot who I was trusting! Dr Golsen is just the best. He and the staff cleaned my pup's teeth to the point they look like dentures! So perfect! And he didn't do anything unnecessary like I've had some vets have do in the past. They cuddled Coop and took care of him like he was their own. I'm just so thankful for this vet office. We've been clients for years after moving to the Chula Vista area. Dr. Murillo was our absolute favorite and relatable as a human. We of course had our ups and downs with the vet assistants and techs. Eventually just started asking for certain people to ensure we were taken care of properly. The front desk staff customer service is minimal to non-existent. We've had several complaints over the years which we've waited WEEKS for Steve to return our phone calls (which he did not). Today, during a routine vaccine appointment, we were placed into a room and asked to place our small dog on a scale. The scale was covered in BLACK dirt, I asked for it to be cleaned, in which the receptionist stated "it is, but I'll clean it again for you", what came off? All the black dirt. The floor had blood in several places. Black dog hair in large clumps were present throughout the room. You would think an animal hospital would be cleaned between patients? The tech also did not take vitals (besides a temperature) but noted it within my dog's record specific heart rate, respiratory rate and gum color. This is now noted as false information within the record. Very disappointed with this clinic as they pride themselves as an AAHA accredited hospital. Vet care: 5 STARS - no doubt. Dr. Murillo and Dr. Salcedo are both AMAZING! They both go in depth and truly make sure that you understand what is happening and answer any questions. They really take their time and get on the floor with your animals. Not to mention, they also text you and call you to check in on your animal. Front office staff : 5 Stars for kindness Front office systems: 3 Stars for consistent payment issues. We've had a handful of issues with payments going through and the suddenly they didn't and we late receive a call or text hours later saying we need to pay again. Or we are overcharged, or that the points on our account weren't actually ours and we used someone else's and now we have to pay an additional $xxx amount. It could be systematic glitches sometimes so I understand, but we have been going here for over 3 years and aside from the consistent amazing vet care we receive, and courteous welcome from the staff, is the consistent payment issues we receive. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]We had been going to Otay Pet Vets since 2018 and for the most part had a great experience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our pup has a bunch of lipomas and majority had been tested at Otay Pet Vets. We took him in for a gross looking bump that needed to be checked. The vet FNA'd it and sent it out. The vets notes stated that our pup had multiple lesions and didnt believe me when i said we had most if not all tested and were lipomas. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I got an email from the vet for Cutaneous Lymphoma (that i googled later and was easily found on the internet) before the vet even called to tell me the results of the FNA.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When they did call, they came out the gate stating Cutaneous Lymphoma and he had 1-8 months to live. I was shocked. We then proceeded to go to an oncologist and seek a second opinion. Well needless to say after a bunch of tests, our dog does not have cancer. I then received the original FNA, and it stated that due to the MULTIPLE LESIONS (that were lipomas!) Cutaneous Lymphoma was the first choice but allergic/immune response was also an option.....the vet never told us that. The tumor ended up healing on its own and our new vet cant even find where the tumor was. This was back in January, and that vet is no longer at Otay Pet Vets. We have since moved on as well. I really had wished the vet would have given us both options instead of telling us our pup was going to die if we didnt do something. read more

This will be my final review since I've decided not to go back to Otay Vets. My goal was to support a small business instead of a big known company. What a big mistake. All I got from this place was different Vets each appointments. It's been two years and never saw the same Vet. This is how a visit went. Saw the vet tech and explain why I was there. Then she'd come back with a long itemized bill with services I'd need. BEFORE I WOULD SEE AN ACTUAL VETERINARIAN!!!!!!!! How is it possible to throw me an itemized bill of potential changes before I see an actual veterinarian??? I SMELL MONEY MAKING BUSINESS. These people do not care about my dog. I can't believe I stayed for two years. We are happy now at another vet and so glad we'll never be back. Please, do yourself a favor and run! read more

WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. I have never had such bad customer service. I'm talking for all business, not just vets. It takes a lot for me to get angry but I walked out of this office feeling upset and extremely frustrated. I'm generally very patient and understanding. When I get poor service at a restaurant or other business I always just let it go. I don't say anything. I just won't go back to that restaurant. In this case, I had to share my disappointment. I am in the service industry myself, I understand short staffing, supply shortages and higher than normal business levels. Its tough, but we are still nice and accommodating to our guests. We are trained to listen, empathize and provide solutions for our customers. You will get none of that at Otay Pet Vets. This office has a major problem with the staff they have working for them. Rude, condescending and feel as though they can talk to anyone however they want without consequence. This business is headed downhill. I know they have built a reputation with some of the long time clients and they probably are treated with respect. But that is not how I was treated. If you look at all of the reviews within the last 2 years, they are mostly negative. The people with good experiences are the ones who have been using this office for several years. Anyone newer is treated like garbage. To the owner... Something needs to change with this staff you have. It is killing your business. read more

I love this place! I've been coming here since 2009. They helped me "raise" three dogs all the way into their after life. I was so happy with them that I now bring my new rescue to them for care. From grooming, teeth cleaning, X-rays, ultrasound, to vaccines, they are amazing!! I recommend them to everyone in the area. read more

Took a family friends dog in there as a favor but turns out the staff was butthurt about some yelp comments . The dog was obviously very sick and these scumbags said they refuse to help " the animal" based on the comments. The girl they sent in to tell us this even said the girls up front " aren't very bright, well, neither is she. No one there is very bright, and this Dr Murillo this Dr Murillo refused to help the sick dog. Aww she was butthurt too.... instead of addressing the problems they would rather be scumbags, which further exemplifies the proof the original yelp comment was spot on. Funny thing is these geniuses wait till we get there to tell us they won't help the dog, instead of saying it over the phone, which was another scumbag move. To charge someone $60 basically for someone to pet my pup was just unacceptable! The guy that helped us just weighed our pup and checked her heart beat which when he did he didn't say that it sounds good or anything. I had to ask him to check her ears and gums which he just touched them and didn't exam. It was not the veterinarian, it was like an assistant or something! I had so many questions and he did not answer or know the answer , I would have appreciated if he would have said he didn't know then try to make something up! I'd like to start off by saying that I'm not the type of person who typically does reviews, let alone bad ones, however the service I received at Otay Pet Vets has me very frustrated and disappointed. I brought my cat here on 2/6/23 for an exam since he had a rash under his leg. The doctor prescribed me antibiotics and said if there's no improvement we could put him on anti-anxiety meds. Four days later I called and asked if I could get him on the anti-anxiety meds since there was no improvement and I would like to try that prior to going out of town. I was told that they'll start working on it and I can expect a call within the next 3 days letting me know I can come pick it up. I waited an entire week and after I still hadn't heard anything I called them for an update. I was told they still hadn't gotten to it and that they will start working on it as soon as they can. I asked the receptionist if I could have it filled as soon as possible since I was leaving town soon and wanted to give it at least 2 days before then to make sure he had no reaction, mind you it had already been a week since they told me it would be filled so I felt I was being reasonable. She let me know she marked it as urgent in his chart and that I can expect to receive a call the next day. The next day, I decided to call myself since they clearly do not know how to call clients back in a timely fashion. I called at 2pm and they told me there was still no update and would call me back later that day with an update. I waited until 30 minutes before they closed and was told that the doctor never actually wrote anything in my cat's chart about the medication so they were unable to fill it for me and would have to contact the doctor we saw in January in order to get it filled, but he was out of the office until tomorrow so they'll leave him a message. They also stated the doctor on site doesn't prescribe that medication for cats and he should be receiving a different medication. I said okay and reminded her that I am going out of town in a few days and need this medication as soon as possible, and she says they will call me back the following day. Monday rolls around and again I did not receive any phone call and so I called them AGAIN around 330p to get an update and was told the doctor had still not received the message so they couldn't fill and they'll call me tomorrow. At this point I'm incredibly frustrated but still being nice because it's not in my nature to be rude in these situations. I remind them that I am leaving town and the guy on the phone says that he understands but due to it being so last minute and changing doctors around that these things take a while. I felt that the blame was being put on me even though though it had been almost 2 weeks now since we started this conversation. Tuesday 2/21 came and by 12pm I still had not received any update so again I had to call. This is where I'm told that the doctor went ahead and prescribed it and they will work on filling it. I asked the girl if I could pick it up before they close today as I need to try out this medication to make sure my cat does not have a reaction. She says she can't make promises she can't keep, so I then ask to speak to a manager, and she says that he was there but he's not in the area and she doesn't know where he is and then that he's unavailable, so if I want to leave a message for him to call me back I can, which I did. I decided to just show up in person and get it sorted out since phone calls are getting me nowhere. I get to the clinic around 4pm and ask about my cats medications and if I could speak with their manager as well. I explain the situation to the manager, and he apologizes that this happened, and they are currently filling the medication for me right now. He ended up coming back out and apologized again for the inconvenience and that if I experience any more problems to call him directly/ask to speak to him, and then he left for the day. About 10-15 minutes later a technician hands me a written prescription and said they can't fill it there because they don't have it!! This entire situation was completely unacceptable and unprofessional, between the doctor not writing what he said and wanted to prescribe into the chart, to never being called back at ANY point when I was told I would be and to basically be getting the blame put on me for doing this so "last minute". All only for them to not even have the medication. Oh, and when I did get the prescription, it was for the same medication that I was told they "don't prescribe for cats". I will not be bringing my pets back here. If you want a vet clinic that is overpriced, has unreliable staff that won't call you back as promised, won't write down in the chart information discussed at your appointment and then will blame you for their mistakes, then this is the vet clinic for you. read more
