Manny is definitely worth waiting on. He is very busy due to the excellent personable service he provides.

After searching many companies to clean our metal roof with no one willing to tackle the job I gave…read moreup... We scrubbed, sprayed, scrubbed again, and, ultimately, gave up; destined to live with an imperfect, long lasting roof... One day my partner said he'd found a company that would do it; naturally I said 'yeah, right...' He made the call and Manny was out just a few hours later for an estimate... I was flabbergasted and we booked for the next day! We're both working from home during the quarantine and I just HAD to see this... They arrive a little later than stated, but they stayed until they were done and we could NOT be happier! We've been in the house six years and never paid attention to the roof until we lost two trees and the flaws were, well, annoyingly obvious in their absence... We will be using them again every few years and will not let it get that bad again... Thank you, Manny!!!

DO NOT USE THEM !!!…read more I got Galvan Gutters to install gutters with guard back in April. At first I thought they did a really good job, until we had some rain. His workers broke one of my solar censor light, and they did not install the gutter guard correctly on the patio that it leaks when it rains. I sent all these pictures to him on April 18. He said he'll come by to fix it. It is July 22, it is not fixed. I started calling him last month, to see when he'll come and fix, plus the guard that they installed did not secure properly and leaves coming down the gutter, clogging on this sprout. Victor said he will come by last Friday, which he did not show up. And I've been calling him almost every day to this week, I've been texting him, leaving him voicemail, and also sending him email. I'm very disappointed in how Victor is handling this situation. I know he's reading my text messages. I hope he comes and fix this issue otherwise I would have to proceed with Legal complaint. I do not recommend them to anyone as service after sale is zero and they do not own their warranty

Dead solid perfect, from estimate to installation…read more I called Willis for an estimate and an appointment was conveniently scheduled the next day. After I accepted their competitive estimate, we agreed on an installation date which they hit precisely. After seeing them starting to work on the installation the morning, I was out the rest of the day. When I returned in the evening I was greeted with perfect gutters and downspouts installed all around my home. And I'll add no other signs that anyone had been there -- no damage of any kind, trash, or anything. It couldn't have been better. The next workday I received an emailed invoice that I could conveniently pay from my phone. So easy, so perfect. I only wish all the work I have done could be done so professionally. I couldn't recommend Willis Exteriors more highly.
