I got Galvan Gutters to install gutters with guard back in April. At first I thought they did a really good job, until we had some rain. His workers broke one of my solar censor light, and they did not install the gutter guard correctly on the patio that it leaks when it rains. I sent all these pictures to him on April 18. He said he'll come by to fix it. It is July 22, it is not fixed. I started calling him last month, to see when he'll come and fix, plus the guard that they installed did not secure properly and leaves coming down the gutter, clogging on this sprout. Victor said he will come by last Friday, which he did not show up. And I've been calling him almost every day to this week, I've been texting him, leaving him voicemail, and also sending him email. I'm very disappointed in how Victor is handling this situation. I know he's reading my text messages. I hope he comes and fix this issue otherwise I would have to proceed with Legal complaint. I do not recommend them to anyone as service after sale is zero and they do not own their warranty. Maybe I shouldn't have paid cash. I had a great experience with Galvan Gutters! Service: Excellent. I received a message response to my quote from the owner himself within maybe 5 minutes of submitting it? In my opinion that is pretty hard to beat. Then, Victor came that same day to provide the quote for our home. I had a question and he was very responsive via text. I also appreciated that the crew was able to come out so soon after I confirmed pricing with them. They stated a Monday at 8am and they were here right on time. I've dealt with too many construction teams to know that is pretty rare, so their punctuality was awesome! Product: Looks great! So far so good, but I'm not worried since they provide a 3-year warranty. It has only rained once in the 2 plus weeks since we've had them installed and they worked well during the rain showers. Pricing: Very reasonable! This is our first home and I wasn't sure what to expect. However, we received quotes from 3 different companies and Galvan Gutters was the lowest price. They even offered a veteran discount on top of his very reasonable prices, which I thought was a nice thing for the company to do. It's not offered everywhere. They look great and I am pleased with the workmanship. I asked him to add a downspout in the backyard that was not on his original gutter diagram of our house and he said "no problem." I received 6 quotes and his price beat his competitors by an AVERAGE of $560! All quotes listed identical materials, sealants, downspouts, and similar warranties. Wow! Impressed with the responsiveness, the price and quality of work. Like other reviewers have said, we called on Monday, Victor came by Monday early evening to give us a quote (on the spot). Galvon improperly installed my gutters. Gutters should be level such that you are unable to see any screens. They did not do this. Worse, when called ( and texted) multiple times to come out and correct the gutters Victor refused. You should look elsewhere for gutters if you want them installed correctly. read more

Hate to leave a less than favorable review as I am a contractor also but he didn't leave a good impression with me. First off he answered the phone like he didn't know what I was calling about. Never mentioned his company. I had to tell him . Secondly, I let him know I was home working in the garage with the door open and my white van is out front. Said he could be here in 30 minutes. 40 minutes later he said 10 minutes. 30 minutes later he said no one answered door. I let him know he didn't come here. Several minutes later he said he had went to wrong address but didn't even call me to verify. My business is 100%word of mouth. If I didn't communicate with my customers I would be out of business.
