The only comics they sell are small indies and their own imprint. That being said, their collection is strange, weird and just not good. If you're a reader of Marvel, DC, Image, Boom and Dark Horse you'll notice the difference. Just the art alone is a turn off. Just go to their website and see the bizarre comics they sell. Another thing you'll notice is that they market a lot of comics as "optioned", meaning someone has bought the rights to turn a property into a movie or TV show. This means absolutely nothing. Big studios do this all the time just to have the rights in their catalog of possible projects. This is a good way to market but in the end is exactly that. Trying to sell comics based on the fact that you may be buying the next Something is Killing the Children, Stray Dogs or Oblivion Song.

Just another card shark shop. Local disappointment…read more Been hearing a lot about this place around town and decided to check it out today. What a disappointment. The only thing the store has going for it is the space and nice ladies up front. Everybody else that works here is a complete neck beard who couldn't care less about helping you. Low stock and high prices. I brought a collection with older c Brought in around 40 cards, mostly LP with some minty and a few MP, with a total TCGPlayer estimate of roughly $1,950. Nothing I brought in was valued under $20. After taking over an hour to sort through everything, they picked out 25 cards they were interested in, removing them from the top loaders and sleeves in the process. Their trade-in offer for those 25 cards was $380. They passed on the remaining 15 because they were either considered too damaged or too low in value, despite about half of those being the cards closest to the $20 range. I politely declined the offer. What bothered me more than the low offer was what happened afterward. The employee simply handed everything back to me unsleeved and out of the top loaders and told me I could put them all back myself. After spending over an hour evaluating my cards, I thought that was pretty disrespectful. While I was resleeving and loading everything back up, I tried making conversation and asking questions about the shop, their pricing, and what they typically look for when buying cards. They seemed completely uninterested and were more focused on talking about a female employee who had just come in, including comments about her dress code. The whole interaction came across as unprofessional and honestly pretty gross. I understand that card shops need margins and I never expected anywhere close to full TCGPlayer value. I also understand passing on cards because of condition or value. That's part of the business. But between the $380 offer, handing my collection back unsleeved for me to repack myself, and the overall attitude afterward, I left with a very poor impression of the shop. Do your research and know what your cards are worth before bringing them in. Based on my experience, I won't be back.

A lot of nice children's books. She also has local authors stop in for book signings. Her reopen had over thirty authors offering their wares and autographing books. Tried to find this place armed with the address and having read the two reviews showing…read more Unfortunately, I hadn't read the blurb given with the page, as it does show and address the fact that it is/was within the Fleamasters Flea Market. We went ahead and parked when we realized. However, after considerable walking and asking many different individuals, we never found this bookseller. We did have a few people tell us the only place they knew that had books was in the pavilion and we tried there too but only found another stall (different name) with very few books. It looks like this business may be closed. I would call a number to check but do not see one listed.

He has plenty of inventory and his prices are excellent. Jason does not carry average quality vinyl- all of his records are top quality. He goes through every used album and cleans them and inspects them. Anything sub par winds up in the trash bin. Lots of parking behind the store and a great friendly atmosphere in the store.
