No call. No show. No bueno…read more THE GOOD: After reading all of the glowing reviews on Google and Yelp, I was confident that I picked the right place and excited to get rid of an ugly stump in front of my house. I called the office, left my information, and got a return call within an hour to make arrangements - great communication! I was given the name and number of the guy who was supposed to show up at my house between 10 and 2 the following Saturday. I asked what prep needed to be done and was given instructions to help the stump removal run smoothly (remove and/or protect surrounding plants). That's where the good part of this review ends. THE BAD: Got up early on Saturday, went to the bank to get cash to pay the guy. "Temporarily" dug up some surrounding shrubs. Waited. At 1:15 when I had heard nothing, I texted the individual who I made arrangements with AND the individual who was supposed to come to do the work. No response. THE UGLY: $50 worth of shrubs are languishing in buckets, and I still have an ugly stump in need of removal. VERY frustrating.

Randy Bixby responded immediately to my call and brought out his tree removal team, removed the tree and root ball and leveled the ground so the septic repair crew could repair my septic line. An update...Dolan Roofing did another outstanding job in replacing our roof which received hail…read moredamage in April 2024. This is our second roof replacement with Dolan Roofing as we would not think of going with another roofing business. Johnny and Brandy have a professional, honest and reliable business which is managed in a very homeowner friendly manner. We were again kept informed of what was going to be done, how it was to done and when. All work was completed in a seamless manner. The work crews were very responsible as all plants and other items near the home were carefully covered while the job was being completed. The cleaningcrew did an excellent job and all looked back in place. Again, the expert office personnel took care of any and all insurance paperwork. This is a big plus since today even more documentation is required by insurance companies before any payment or reimbursement is made. We highly recommend Dolan Roofing to anyone who is in search of a roof replacement. The other many positive reviews speak for themselves.

It's now 2 o'clock, they haven't shown up, returned my call, or responded to my email. Update: Heard from the company after 4pm. They tried to tell me that my appointment was on Monday. I'll add a screenshot of the appointment they missed to clear up any doubt. Then the rep showed up. Sat in his car for a couple hours, didn't inspect the roof, gave roof estimates higher than comparable competitor and then estimated 10k for the gutters on my 2,700 sq home. We questioned that and he lowered it to 7.2k. We have a gutter estimate for less than half that from another company. The kicker - the rep called and asked me to change this review after his departure. I told him I'd update it, so here we are.

Having worked with M&M Roofing, Siding, and Windows once before at my own residence, I reached out…read morefor a free estimate for work on my rental property. William Robb immediately scheduled a time for us to meet. We did our walk through and he delivered the proposed estimate as promised before the end of the weekend. My husband and I decided to move forward with the project which entailed replacing damaged siding and trim, and replacing and repainting trim and fascia. Once I signed the contract, Will Robb texted and informed me that they would likely begin work the following week. As promised, the work was completed the following Tuesday. Will texted and provided updates and photos. The work was, once again, impeccably executed. For us, "M&M Roofing, Siding, and Windows" is now synonymous with stellar craftsmanship, professionalism, impeccable execution, close attention to detail, and a measurable predictable outcome. And, once again, William Robb delivers. He is an asset to his company as he remains an extension of his business' vision. A business is only as strong as the people it employs to represent them and their work. William Robb remains, for me and for my husband, the consummate professional and a person we can truly lean on with major projects. He has proven not once but twice that he is trustworthy. We look forward to future projects with M&M Roofing. We will choose them, hands down.

I hired this roofing company to replace my old shingles after a storm, expecting a professional job…read morethat would last for years. Instead, what I got was a patchwork disaster that screamed laziness from every angle. Nails were left protruding in random spots, creating tripping hazards and potential leaks, while entire sections of flashing around the chimney were misaligned and hastily slapped on with uneven sealant dripping down the sides. They even forgot to remove the old, rotted underlayment in one corner, leaving it exposed and vulnerable to water damage. It was clear no one bothered to double-check their work or clean up properly--debris and cut shingle pieces were scattered across my yard like confetti from a bad party. To top it off, the crew ignored basic details like matching the new shingles' color gradient, resulting in a blotchy, mismatched roof that looks like it was pieced together from salvage yards. Gutter edges were bent and unsecured, causing immediate drainage issues during the first rain, and they skipped caulking several vents entirely. I had to call them back three times for "fixes" that were just as sloppy as the original install. This wasn't just subpar; it was a masterclass in cutting corners, turning what should have been a straightforward job into an eyesore that'll cost me thousands more to redo properly. Avoid these guys if you value your home's integrity. Also, as a sidenote: neighbors told me this company disregards "no soliciting" signs and leaves their advertising on their doors.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this roofing company, spanning over 15 months with…read moremultiple issues, mismanagement, and lack of accountability. Here's a breakdown of my experience: Kevin Plumb (Sales Representative) - 9/25/23 to 1/18/24 - Kevin was fired while handling my case, which led to my project being prematurely closed without my knowledge. - I attempted to contact **both Kevin and the office for months** with no response. Eventually, I had to reach out to their Austin office, which helped reconnect me with someone from their San Antonio office. - My case was reopened and reassigned to Jasmin after it had been improperly closed. - Kevin instigated fraudulent claims, promising greater insurance returns for non-fixable items. - He also promised interior roofing repairs for structural damage, which never materialized. Jasmyn (Project Manager) - Unreliable: She scheduled meetings but did not show up. - Poor communication: Would text saying she'd call back but never followed through. - Failed scheduling: Set up work appointments for crews that never arrived. - Team left materials outside my house for months, creating an eyesore. - Gutters were incorrectly installed under her supervision, requiring reinstallation along with fascia board replacement. - Dragged the project for 10 months without completing it. - Repeatedly claimed to have submitted insurance requests for missing items but never actually did. - Did complete work on my backyard shed, but overall, the project was heavily delayed. - Despite my proactive efforts, including weekly follow-ups, the project remained stalled. - Ultimately, she ghosted me. Paul Perez (New Production Manager) - I asked what it would take to make my project a priority so it could be finished in November 2024. His response: - "All 36 pending projects are a priority." - Then, he proceeded to ignore mine, closed it out prematurely again, and refunded me the balance instead of completing the work. - Sent yet another new employee to inspect my roof--at this point, every manager had sent someone new for another inspection, causing further delays. - Took an entire year to receive a refund for my overpayment. This company completely mismanaged my project from start to finish, with unprofessional staff, false promises, and severe delays. I had to fight for months to even get responses, and in the end, they failed to complete the work as promised. If you're considering hiring them, stay away unless you want to deal with unreliable reps, ghosting, and financial headaches.
