Dora from the company called to set up an appointment with no service call. That caught my attention and I appreciated this. After a miscommunication over a day or two, her guys showed up to repair the damaged pipes in 4-5 hours. Dora even came out to look over the work. I had 7 zones so they had to dig a lot and then covered everything back up. My only complaint is after the guys finished, they left without even telling me so that we could test that everything worked. I called Dora back the next day and she came out the same day and tested everything but found that the rain sensor wasn't working. I asked and she said that she could replace in the same day but had to go purchase the part. After an hour of digging and testing, she couldn't find what was causing the sensor not to work. She said that sometimes when things get put into the ground, like Terminex's pest prevention baits , that were put around my house to protect the foundation. She said even the slightest object touching the rain sensor wires could cause them not to connect to the box. She suggested we go with a wireless rain sensor, which would never be affected by foreign objects but would cost a bit more. Dora said she could go back to the store and get it. It was 90 degrees outside but Dora didn't mind, after she had already been out there going on two hours. I had to leave but asked Dora if she had a military discount. She gave me 10% off and that helped. My adult daughter paid her and Dora also set up my watering schedule. I like that this is a woman owned business and Dora was so knowledgeable and thorough. He said that an estimate would be available the next day. Three days later no estimate. I had to call at least three times before someone answered the phone. The lady that answered said that she would contact a Mr. Gonzales, the person in charge of the cost of my project. Finally I received the estimate that afternoon. I was sent two attachments. I was unable to open one and I was able to open the other, but half the page we ineligible. I sent a reply letting them know that I had problems opening the attachment and unable to read the other. Six days later no response and no curtesy call. It was obvious these were red flags. I sent them an email yesterday July 21, 2021, telling that I was canceling the project. No response to that email. Today July 22, 2021, I gave them a curtesy call to ask if they received my cancellation email. The lady that answered, once I told her I was cancelling, all she said "OK" and hang up the phone. No apology, no explanation, no curtesy, and no professional. Not to mention all the time I wasted. My recommendation for anyone reading this find another company. You'll be taking a risk. Definitely this company has poor customer skills and it is not very responsive. Thanks.

They even covered some little details I wasn't really expecting. His price was very fair, and they showed up on time and with a positive attitude.
