We made it clear that the tree would not be accessible from our property due to structure layout and our own ongoing work, and the day of we received a call demanding we move our storage pod, construction material, and machinery from our own driveway to facilitate their access, and were threatened with fees otherwise. We refused their unreasonable request and they relented. They left the remains of the tree on the public roadway for several days. We later received a phonecall when we were out of town demanding same day payment, and strongarming us into paying by credit card over the phone as they absolutely could not wait until the end of the month, nor even for our return. Weeks later we received a bill from the crane operator stating that HH had not paid them despite listing crane operation fees in the original bid. They then sent us a *doctored* copy of the form with a low quality typed text box copied and pasted over their handwriting stating that crane fees were not included and would be billed separately. We will be keeping the original carbon copy for our records. Complete clown show. Avoid at all costs!

The owners, Emille and Danielle are passionate about getting it right, and are personable and attentive to their customer's ideas and concerns. They're good listeners. As seasoned arborists, they have a deep knowledge of trees, as well as smaller plantings. Emille also has a talent and obsession for incorporating boulders and decorative stone into landscape that ultimately looks natural and unique. Size is no object as well. They built two rock walls on my property, and arranged over 70 tons of boulders into two natural-looking retaining walls across the front of my property. We're planning a waterfall and pond for my back patio area starting next Spring. Danielle makes sure that her billing is itemized and organized, so their customers know exactly where their money is going, and in this economy, that's always a good thing. Oh, and they do snow removal as well, so plan ahead for next Winter. Rick H. in Loveland CO

They had the job completed in less than four hours, including clean up. It was impressive to watch how organized and efficient they were. We particularly appreciated that any time there was the slightest question about what we needed done, they made sure to ask before proceeding another step. Many of the trees were located at the periphery of our inner yard area which is surrounded by wooden rail fencing and they took particular care to ensure no damage was done to the wooden rail, the flower beds or grass. After agreeing on the original estimate and start date, I contacted Kevin later to add a couple of trees which he did without hesitation for a bargain price.
