I had a flat..and trust me, any other tire shop would have said you have a Flat..we can fix it or like a experience i had before where nothing was wrong with my tire ..but suddenly it had a cork on the side and I was forced to buy 2 brand new tires so my car wouldn't be uneven ..well..not here..they were honest ..my tire pressure had dropped..they put air on my tires ..and even did a calibration with my car so the low air tire sign was gone .. I was so satisfied with the service that if I could give them 10 stars ..I would.

Having had bad experiences with mechanics before when I'd go by myself , I almost chickened out, but my tire was quickly deflating and so were my spirits haha. I am so glad for that stranger who told me about Pachecos , and for the mechanics at Pachecos tire service -they went above and beyond! And best of all, they treated me with courtesy and respect. I was greeted by Ray who was very professional and patiently listened to all of my concerns. Ray said they would check it out thoroughly. What followed is what I believe makes this place an excellent choice. When we next spoke, not only was I shown what the problems were, (main issue was the exhaust manifold with a long crack (no wonder the fumes)) but I was provided with options without any pressure or fast-talk. We discussed in detail which were priorities and which could wait. The prices quoted were very reasonable, I made my choices and agreed to the work.. Kevin and Peter worked on my car. As the work progressed, I would receive texted explanations of the work being done, and pictures of parts removed and parts installed. I really appreciated that. They are very knowledgeable and did an excellent job, going beyond what I expected in terms of quality and efficiency. When I picked up my car, all the work done was reviewed with me, there were no surprises nor confusion. All upfront and honest work. When I drove away, I was extremely pleased with the performance, it actually drove like new! I am very happy with this experience and with everyone I communicated with. I came straight here and they were able to see me right away. All of my tires were pretty worn and were ready for replacing, so we decided it was best to replace them all, luckily they had them in stock. Coincidentally, my car was due for an oil change so they went ahead and took care of that too! Of course they don't just change your oil and send you on your way. They check for other problems, and will bring them to your attention, to assure your vehicle is in top shape. My car had a few, but I decided to have those repared another day, so they made a note of it in my file to reference next time. I'd recommend this place to everybody.

The workers and the manager told her that the tire cannot get repaired. They sold her a knock-off tire for the price of $ 150. They wanted to keep the old tire. I told my wife to take it back. Well, I went to another tire shop nearby and repaired the brand-name Michelin tire to get it reinstalled back into the car. Women, be really careful with this shop. If anything, look another way.
