Lots of my guests asked if they were part of my venue lol and commented at how attentive and kind they were. Heather was super communicative and answered all my tiniest questions in no time and she put on the best team for what I was looking for: Megan, Amber, Vanessa, Craig, Alexis and Tina. They moved so quickly and made our final closing shift so easy for us, we only had to pack all our things back and throw a bag or two (our venue required complete cleanup and staff left a little earlier per our contract). They did everything they could and more during their time with us. Most of all, they brought my family style dinner vision to life! I couldn't say enough thanks to Serving in Style for making my special day so seamless and unforgettable!

We hired Megan as our day-of coordinator, and her price was so fair it made us a little nervous at first because usually you get what you pay for, right? But Megan completely blew us away. Don't let her size or age fool you she's an absolute powerhouse and a total rockstar. We had a ton of tables, decorations, and little details to set up on the day of, and Megan kept reassuring us she could handle it all. We hesitated, but we put our trust in her and she delivered beyond anything we could've hoped for. She somehow managed to get everything set up perfectly while still being available for every question, every little thing we needed throughout the day. She wasn't just doing a job; she genuinely cared and showed up for us in a way that felt like we had a trusted friend by our side. Then the rain hit during our reception. My wife and I were starting to lose it, but Megan stayed calm and steady. She pulled up this detailed weather app, helped us time our photos and speeches perfectly between the downpours, and kept our spirits up when we felt like giving up. Honestly, without her, that rain could have ruined the day but Megan made it feel like just another part of the story. On top of all that, she stayed after we left to help clean up, making sure everything was wrapped up beautifully. Megan went above and beyond in every way possible.
